I made some Martyrtale artwork (this is my 3rd time rewriting this post because of having bad Internet, so I won't repeat everything I was going to say)
I give most of the Martyrtale anthropomorphics more animalistic traits, so I made Dess and Carol beefy AF and Berdly with bird proportions like I gave Martlet. I was planning on also giving Noelle the animalistic reindeer-ification like her family, but it didn't make her look like Noelle at all, so I kept her looking like she's part-rodent or something like her canon Deltarune design. Also, Berdly's reindeer facts are mostly true but the 50% one is an estimate as the muscle mass on a reindeer is variable so it's just rounded up to 50%.
Martyrtale Perseverance soul was a female before chapter 5 came out, so now Martyrtale Seth uses a She/her and they/them interchangeably, though They/Them is most prominent and they are still feminine persenting. I think they turned out very cutesy. I got their color pallet by hue shifting Seth until their skin tone reached a human skin tone, which worked surprisingly well? (Makes me wonder if it was purposeful and the other flowers can be hue shifted and possibly reveal their human counterparts possible color scheme?)

Perseverance soul’s death & Discovery.
[note for clarity: Martyrtale Seth uses She/they pronouns because the original Perseverance soul in Martyrtale was a she but the Chapter 5 released making the Perseverance soul a they, so this dialogue uses both pronouns interchangably]
The Perseverance soul trudged through the deep woods of Snowdin, after surviving their initial fall and successfully avoiding capture and eventually monsterkind.
Seth: (I can’t… die… now… I… I made it too long…)
They coughed up blood, staining the snow a bright red that gets covered in a small flurry almost all too quickly.
Seth: (My bones… they’re brittling… moving hurts… I’m sick… I need… I can’t…)
Seth still trudges forward. Vitamin D & C deficiency and the elements are taking their toll on her.
Seth: (I can’t… give up…)
Seth stops and looks around
Seth: (...I don’t even know where to go… where I am… what to do…)

Asgore: alright… Stop rhyming. It’s starting to get annoying instead of funny… not as annoying as you speaking in tongues but… still.. Agitating.
River: Of course, your highness… Anyway, I suppose we should harvest its soul, shall we not?
Asgore: Would it still even be in there…?
The High Priestess River shrugs and Asgore lets out a long sigh
Asgore: I suppose there’s only one way to find out…
Asgore rips opens the corpse’s ripcage

River helps to dig but without the same somberness Asgore has. Asgore rips off a part of his sleeve to wrap around the hallowed, sunken ,frozen eyes, and puts them into the hole and buries them
River: what a shallow grave… fitting for such an unfilled, short and shallow life…
Asgore: …
River: Hmm?
Asgore: Give the child their funeral rites…
River: I doubt they are of our faith…
Asgore: …You’re a clergyperson. Do your job.

River chants something in an old foreign inhuman language

Noelle: Berdly! What does decapitation mean?

Berdly: Why not a happy story? It’s always nice to read a happy story.

Carol: Hello, Monsters of Snowdin.

Carol leaves the podium and the monsters crowd around her, Politics Bear steps in and gets them to back up

Dess is looking at the broadcast with disbelief
Dess: she is standing for everything our father despised… are you seeing this, Noelle? (*Notices Noelle isn't watching the broadcast*) Um, Noelle?
Noelle is wearing age appropriate Gothic clothes and is playing with an owl toy, already brainwashed by the only thing that she was ever taught.
Dess: we need to get away, Nelly… far away.
Noelle: why?
Dess: it's only a matter of time before they see us as disposable too…
Noelle: …
Dess: ..?
Noelle: No.
Dess: “N-no”? What do you mean no?
Noelle: …
Angel doll:
Noelle has put the angel doll in the trash and Carol took it out and is having a talk with Noelle about it, eventually it nears an end with:
Carol: oh, come on… it's cute…
Noelle: It's dumb.
Carol is looking at the angel doll that Noelle and Dess made together.
Carol: Well, I am not letting you throw it out. Later, I’ll see if Dess wants to keep it… she helped make it.
Noelle: Why do you like it so much?
Carol: Because. It's cute… and you two made it together with your father… also, the white sheet is silk! I am not putting SILK into a landfill or wherever trash goes these days.
Carol puts it into the Cult Box she got.
Noelle: what's in the box?
Carol: Materials. You know… religious text books. Prayer items… things you need to practice the religion… nothing fun or exciting… nor even collectable, just a religious supply kit.
Noelle: ooo!! Let me see! Let me see! Please, Mommy?
Carol: I don't see why not…
Carol lets Noelle rummage through it and grab what she likes she finds a ritual knife but Carol snatches it away
Carol: ON SECOND THOUGHT-!
Carol puts the box back out of Noelle’s reach
Carol: Perhaps this box isn't for children…
Catching a train:
Dess is packing her bag, bringing her valuables, all the money she has, a large water bottle, guitar, bat, baseball, as much food as she can, and sets off leaving her cellphone behind on purpose.
Dess reaches the door, everyone is asleep and takes a deep breath, then spots a small box marked C. Holiday and it has cult things in it and Dess grabs it, dumping most in the river until it was light enough to run with then putting the box in a plastic bag to rush off with it.
Dess eventually arrives at a train station, it's crowded and somber. Everyone looks tired or paranoid, some both. Dess eventually reaches the ticket desk
Dess: one ticket to Dunes.
Dess puts the money on the table
Ticket worker: the ticket prices have increased due to the high demand.
*The worker taps the sign*
Dess: What?! That will cost all my money
Ticket: sorry…
Dess, huffs takes her money off the desk and back into her bag and then sneaks out to the train tracks, and hitches a ride onto the caboose.
Dess: (Not bad… not bad… probably should have done this to begin with…)
The train horn blares and the trainworker yells “all aboard!” this sudden noise ends up spooking Dess, and she quickly covers her mouth to muffle her yelp, as the train starts to move she watches the train station start to leave view.
Dess: No turning back now…
Dess opens the door into the caboose and sneaks into one of the passenger train cars, and just sits on the floor, a well-dressed man comes up and gently taps her shoulder.
Ticketmaster: Excuse me little miss, I don't think I holepunched your ticket.
Dess: I don't have one…
Ticketmaster: Hmm… alright… have a nice ride.
Dess: Wait, you're just going to let me stay?
Ticketmaster: the train is already moving. It's notoriously hard to stop a moving train, innit?
Dess: Thank you…
Ticketmaster: You're the mayor's daughter, aren't you?
Dess: Yeah…
Ticketmaster: Sorry to hear that.
Dess: nothing I can do about it.
Dess listens to the vibrations of the train tracks and looks around seeing many familiar faces. Even a few classmates.
Fuku: Dess?
Dess: I haven't seen you since you went off to private school in Hotland
Fuku: Yeah… but, we got refunded.
Dess: ah. And.. What? Used all the refund money to buy the expensive tickets?
Fuku: No. But… some of it yeah…
Dess: the school was that costly, huh?
Fuku: hmm-mmm.
Dess: …
Fuku: are you here alone?
Dess: yeah… *deals a rock-'n'-roll hand gesture* ran away, baby!
Fuku: Are you going to be alright?
Dess: probably should have stolen my mom's credit card, but also… I don't want to leave a trail.
Fuku: true… I would expect someone as rich as you would have more money saved up though that it wouldn't be a thought.
Dess: I don't let my mom give me an allowance, I prefer to work for it. You know?
Fuku: Builds Character.
Dess: sure does!
Fuku chuckles
Fuku: Are you going to be okay?
Dess: ah, if not now, or soon, Eventually. That's how emotions work, don't it?
Fuku: I suppose… but if you need anything… my father and I are here.
Dess: I don't like handouts.
Fuku: the offer is always open…
Intercom: (*zsspt*) this is your conductor speaking, you are riding the Dunes Trainline, we are now heading to Waterfall Station before reaching our final destination, thank you for riding with us *zssp*)
Dess: Waterfall first huh…?
Fuku: yep…
They sit in silence.
Fuku: What's in the plastic bag?
Dess: Junk. Some of My mom's cult junk.
Fuku: what do you plan to do with it?
Dess smiles mischievously.
Fuku: *sigh* oh, of course you are… I should have known.
The Exodus Train:
Ms. Bluebird is on a crowded train, holding a young Berdly tightly, she looks around a bit to see many Snowdin residents carrying all they own that they can take with them on their backs, eventually they stop and pick up Waterfall residents.
Once the Waterfall residents boarded, Alvin began leading a prayer to Temmie and Toby under the Deltarune, in hopes of them protecting the train during its travels.
Berdly looks out the window and the scenery starts to look unfamiliar to him as they start to leave from WaterFall Station to Dunes.
Berdly: Mama? Where are we going?
Ms. Bluebird seems disassociative, just staring out in front of her not at anything in particular, stroking Berdly with a burnt wing.
Berdly: What happened, Mama?
Ms. Bluebird’s vision flashes with her frantically trying to save her students from the burning building, and she starts to tear up a bit.
Ms. Bluebird: Something… very… very awful… dear, we aren't safe here anymore…
Berdly: Why?
Dess comes out of the corner, grabbing her bat out of habit, looking worse for wear.
Dess: Because my mother is a traitor, THAT'S WHAT! Ever since my father died she…
Dess cuts herself off, resting her bat on her shoulder as she deeply inhales and seems pent up in rage, but lets it go to continue her thought calmly
Dess: My mother, Carol, Mayor of Snowdin… joined the cult and gave River full control over… everything…
Berdly: What's the cult?
Dess: the damn new faith… The wrench that I am ashamed to call a mother, indoctrinated my damn little sister into it too!
Dess bites her tongue and takes a slight apologetic bow to Ms. Bluebird, hiding her bat behind her back
Dess: Sorry, if my tongue was too sharp for your young child…
Ms. Bluebird: …
Dess: if you don't mind me asking… uh… Where's your sister?
Berdly: Yeah! Where's aunt Martlet?
Ms. Bluebird: it was either join or be killed.
Berdly, about to cry: Auntie Martlet died..?
Ms. Bluebird: no… worse…
Dess: …
Dess purses her lips, puts her bat back to resting on her shoulder, holding back a scowl and much anger and tears.
Ms. Bluebird: Are you going to be alright?
Dess: I’m 14… and I’m all alone… no, of course not!
Dess then lashes out in raw emotion“I DON'T THINK THERE'S A SINGLE PERSON IN THIS TRAIN HEADING TO DUNES WHO IS DOING ALRIGHT!”
Dess: why can't we fight back?
Alvin: It is not our war.
Dess: THEY MADE IT OUR WAR! Why are we being cowards?!
Fuku: Because not all of us want to die!
Dess: …
The other residents nod.
Dess: …
Dess looks up at the ceiling of the train car and slings her baseball bat off her shoulder and to the ground adopting a both less offensive and less defensive stance but still clutching her baseball bat tight.
Alvin: Do you need safe harbor, young Holiday?
Dess: Don't call me a Holiday. My family soiled that name. Just call me Dess.. or December or whatever! Just not a damn Holiday!
Alvin, restating his statement with the correction: Young Dess. Are you in need of shelter?
Dess looks conflicted
Dess: …I dunno…
Dess goes back to sit in the corner of the train car, dropping her bat on the floor and her sitting position being arms grabbing legs and head on knees, in a deep silence, as the only sound that lingers is the sound of the train against the tracks.
Heatstroke:
Dess is panting, (Reindeer cannot sweat), and has her nostrils flared (Reindeer have specialized nasal passages with a dense network of blood vessels. When they overheat, these blood vessels can divert warm blood from the body into their nose, cooling it down before it reaches the brain)
Fuku: What's up?
Dess: it's… HOT.
Fuku: …oh DAMNNN YOU'RE A REINDEER! The Exodus to a hot environment must be unbearable for you…
Dess, about to have a heatstroke: YOU THINK?!?
Fuku: welp… there's one way to solve this…
Fuku takes out animal clippers but then Dess creates a snow cloud overhead to cool her down.
Fuku, tossing the animal clippers over her shoulder without looking: or that works too, I guess
Dess and Berdly:
Dess has decent sized box of small cult nick-nacks that hold no emotional value to anyone, that the cult gave Carol that Dess stole she takes out a prayer idol and then takes her bat and hits it
Berdly: What are you doing?
Dess: …redirecting my anger to a manageable outlet.
Berdly: oh… who's stuff?
Dess: Carol’s
Dess seems to have felt weird for just calling their mother.
Dess stares at the stuff processing it
Berdly: December? Are you alright?
Dess, snaping out of it: Hmm? Yeah.
She turns to put some weird thing she doesn't know on the ball post to hit with her baseball bat that was in the cult box marked C. Holiday.
Dess: how's your mom?
Berdly: Shellshocked… she's scared of fire… we both hate the sand
Dess: there's some grassy parts of Dunes, because the giant.. uh swelterstone, I think it's called, gives off UV light… I heard the sun is brighter though, but plants can't tell the difference…
Berdly: So that's what that light is! I thought it was the sun, but… we are underground… and… that doesn't make sense for a number of reasons…
Dess: Smart kid.
Berdly: I try.
Dess pulls out the angel doll she and Noelle made together, it seems like Carol put it in the box to get rid of.
Dess: …
Berdly: what's that?
Dess: Something my sister lost interest in years ago.
Berdly: Noelle?
Dess: only have one sister.
Berdly: I didn't know that for certain.
Dess: I know… didn't mean to give you an attitude.
Dess goes silent
Dess: what grade are you in?
Berdly: First Grade! What about you?
Dess: 9th.
Berdly: There's 9 grades?
Dess: nah, 12… 13, if you count kindergarten… and 14, if you could preschool.
Berdly: woah…
Dess: yep… uh, pretty… um… nifty…
Berdly: Will I ever see Noelle, again?
Dess: oh, right… you two are buddies… umm…
Dess looks at the hopeful eyes little Berdly has.
Dess: if not in this life, definitely the next…
Berdly: Does your family know you left?
Dess: the only real family member I had, is 6ft under…
Berdly: No! I meant- (*Dess cuts him off*)
Dess: I know… I know… and… no, I didn't tell them…
Berdly: why didn't you take Noelle with you?
Dess: she didn't want to leave. She didn't see the danger…
Berdly: Why not force her? I didn't have a choice on leaving Snowdin, and now I'm here.
Dess: But, you understand why you can't go back to Snowdin. She won't….
You can't ever cage a bird that wants nothing but to be free…
And… Dunes will be a cage to her…
And the thing about caged birds is that… the cage is either all they ever known or the world they knew before is far away…
So when they escape, they get lost, hurt and sometimes… die…
Metaphors, analogies, and allegories aside, Noelle will get herself hurt or killed trying to get back to Snowdin from Dunes all by herself…
Berdly: …is your family looking for you?
Dess seems a bit taken off-guard at the thought, holding the angel doll to her heart, torn between two thoughts… the desire to be missed but the rationality of being forgotten.
Dess: I can't say.
Meanwhile…
Noelle is hanging up poorly drawn pictures around Snowdin of Dess with the words “missing” and Dess’ name on them.
Noelle: Please come home… December… wherever you are…
Dark Sanctuary:
The Tobanist temple, that Dess is taking refuge at, shares a color scheme and vibe appearance to the Dark Sanctuary Dark world from Deltarune [as a visual reference, not her literally being there] but with the Deltarune Hometown church’s layout.
Dess: (this place is huge… I can't get over it…)
Dess is carrying around the angel doll, which is just a bean sack with a yellow rubber band to make the neck but also to hold down a white silk sheet over it, and has small felt wings sown onto its back with a felt halo also connected to the head.
Dess: You look like a ghost who dressed up as an Angel for Halloween, don't you know?
Dess then scoffs at herself
Dess: (did I just seriously expect a toy to respond?)
Dess wanders the halls of the temple; it's empty outside of sermon hours, and she's the only parentless child who went in the exodus; all the other kids had a parent or guardian with them, leaving Dess in the temple by herself.
Dess listens to her hooves clicking against the marble tiled floor echoing across the temple with a level of discomfort, looking at the stained glass windows.
Dess: (Sometimes I forget Tobanism has a whole God Pantheon beyond Toby and Temmie…)
Dess sees a lot of stained glass windows of many lesser deities she doesn't recognize, nor will really bother too. She keeps on her path to the dogshrine. Eventually getting to the end of the hallway, and she opens the prayer chamber door getting a blast of cold air. Something that gave her a sense of nostalgia in the blazing heat of the Dunes.
She closes the door behind her creating a long, almost unsettling echo, and grabs a prayer mat, kneeling down on it in front of the shrine, setting the angel doll beside her. She doesn't pray, just meditates. She takes a deep breath and exhales. The cold air chills her lungs a bit, as she did it.
Dess: (I miss the cold weather of Snowdin…)
Dess: …
Dess: (is this how my life goes?)
(...alone? Displaced?)
(...)
(I remember a time that I looked up to the two knights…)
(Expressially, The White Knight)
(He is Snowdin's protector… our hope… our zenith…)

(So was The Black Knight, but she was more stationed in Waterfall.)

Oasis Valley
Oasis Valley is a place in Dunes, and Dess is in one of the watering holes without a shirt, just some shorts and nothing else. She is sitting on a rock panting and with her legs in the water
Fuku: Wear a damn shirt.
Dess: WHAT? MY PARTS ARE ALL COVERED! I’M COVERED IN THICK FUR! I LIKE TO SEE YOU BE AN ARCTIC ANIMAL IN A DESERT! I can use my magic as much as I can, but that's exhausting! In the most literal application, No. If you collected everything they both know and counted it, I would assume Core would know more quantitatively, however, The Martyr does know things Core doesn't know and has access to information outside of Core's normal vision, and there are things that only Core knows that The Martyr just so happens to know as well (mostly personal information about Core that, Core never disclosed to The Martyr), however The Martyr didn't know that information innately they just found a place to access that data from outside the multiverse, and that's how they learnt that information so, The Marytr's knowledge is also not innate like Core's, Martyr just learnt "too much"
Is it hypothetically possible that The Martyr could catch up to Core? Maybe, but that relies on The Martyr's willingness to retrieve and learn, and most importantly, ACTUALLY RECALL all that information, which The Martyr has no genuine reason to bother doing that. The Martyr only pulled that information out on Core to just mess with them, so, it's unlikely for the Martyr to bother to try to do it for everyone and everything.
Also, even if The Martyr was given all the information that Core knows, I don't think The Martyr will be as good at recalling it or interpretating it correctly, as The Martyr will process that information differently and draw their own conclusions, which can be incorrect.
However, either way, this is a point of contention between the two, beyond their conflicting personalities and ideologies, and both thinking the other is a moron and they, themself, are smarter than everyone else.
I want Fused!Verse to grow more than what it is now and well the next step for that is making a comic series

After doing some lore refining, I noticed Muffet had an extensive amount of information on her and amongst other things it made sense for her to have survived Martyrtale's erasure from the Black Knight (MartyrTale Undyne) and her already established powers made this feasible, so here's Muffet.
It's kinda funny the other two characters that survive Martyrtale's destruction, Chara and Undyne, both have special names (The Martyr and The Black Knight, respectfully) but Martyrtale Muffet is just... Muffet
This one of her hanging upside down has her not wearing all her accessories, if you are wondering about that.

Anti-determination quick explanation
Determination is yellow in Martyrtale because canonically in Undertale the only time determination was directly and explicitly associated with ANY specific color it was yellow, there's a YouTube short someone made that talks about that more, but I won't go into that here.
I tried to think up many ways possible that this name could have possibly been pronounced by anyone, I do NOT think all of these are an equally likely answer, but I put them there just in case, and put the "other" up there in case I missed anything.

So basically what prompted this was, I didn't notice the "T" in her name at first until I tried google searching it and then google correcting my spelling from "Marlet" to "Martlet" and so started spelling it with the T, however I've been still pronouncing it without the t then realized that the "T" could change the pronunciation, and I was wondering what's the general consensus on this character's name pronunciation? I've been calling her Marl-let.

Well, since you liked these two as friends so much, here they are again in a not so high effort comic and old doodle from 1-2 years ago and also a cross-comparsion character analysis/relationship dynamic break down:
I probably will not draw these two together again, their dynamic isn't really something that I am invested in, though I can share some of the funny dialogues written for a scrapped series that these two would have interacted in plus comics that I decided to not make il below the cut.

Swad. (Swapdream Dream) no further elaboration necessary.
Swan is a smoker, which is something Ccino would likely not approve of which can cause emotional distress in Swan as well as high anxiety if Ccino tries to get Swan to quit, due to the reasons why Swan smokes.
Swan likes affection and creates attachments easily while Ccino is adverse to it. Though Ccino has been seen engaging in affectionate and intimacy with Nightmare, Ccino is stated that others being kind to him stresses him out.
Ccino fears hopes, dreams and changes, while Swan clings onto it for dear life.
while both love animals, Swan's aura kills animals though it may be a result of emotional state as Nightmare's doesn't.
Ccino admires strength while Swan is a coward.
both are mentally fragile and don't care about themselves.
Swan believes he can only be happy if he kills Swad which could interfere with Swan's ablity to form a meaningful friendship with Ccino.
Ccino is avoidant which can trigger Swan's abandonment issues.
Ccino is stressed out by people who are kind to him Swan is self-sacrifical, Ccino's kindness will cause a feeling of affection and attachment in Swan, which in turn will stress Ccino out and cause Ccino to possibly push Swan away which can destabilize the already mentally weak and fragile Swan.
[ROR CONTINUITY ONLY: added because, eh what the heck?] In the continuity of the cancelled series Rise of the Rebels, Ccino's lore is expanded upon, with the genocide in Ccino's AU took place when Ccino was drafted into Taiwan's mandatory military service, and Ccino carries service trauma from it, which is used to explain why the unnamed individuals were beating Ccino up at the time he met Nightmare as Ccino being an easy target for some people's misplaced anger and grief over the conflict. Starting Ccino's mental health decline which got expedited by Ccino's eventual abusive relationship with Nightmare of intermittent reinforcement, often manifested through a cycle of "love bombing" (intense affection) followed by devaluation or withdrawal, which creates a "trauma bond" or addiction-like cycle, where Ccino craves the return of the positive behavior, caused issues with Ccino opening up to others, including Swan, more avoidant to physical affection and his war flashbacks occasionally cause harm to himself or others. This combined with Swan's own mental and trauma related problems causes two unstable individuals trying to help someone who doesn't want to help themselves due to self-hatred and neither having the mental stability required to be that necessary anchor but trying to go beyond what they can actually do.
Complementarity traits:
Ccino likes to write, Swan likes to read.
Ccino's stubborn, Swan has tenacity.
Swan likes Butterflies, Ccino likes cats.
Ccino doesn't seem to be affected by negative auras or negativity related magic in general.
Ccino fears hopes and dreams, Swan is the embodiment of despair, though this is more nuaced as Swan never avoids hopes and dreams nor acts of kindness unlike Ccino does and instead Swan clings on to them.
Swan somehow is able to both realistically provide Ccino a healthy security protection and makes Ccino look like a well-adjusted & sane person in comparsion.
Similarities:
Both like drawing.
Both seem to have some level of PTSD.
Both seem to have a issue with their self-image.
Both have insomnia.
both like Coffee.
both like animals.
Both have similar temperaments.
both suffer loneliness and depression.
both prioritize others over their own wellbeing.
both are naturally kind and polite, individuals.
both have emotional issues
Differences:
Swan's coping mechanism is smoking, Ccino's is avoidance and keeping busy.
Ccino is consistently shown to be on the fearless side while Swan is cowardly.
Ccino has and can maintain friendships, Swan doesn't have any allies nor close friends beyond Dream, and possibly the underswap cast.
Ccino has a relatively stable relationship with Presso while Swan doesn't with Swad.
Swan's is more close to a psychological break down than Ccino and fears himself, while Ccino's mental issues, while chronic, are higher fuctioning and he is less in danger of being a harm to himself.
Random dialogues:
Some of these were written for the ROR series or were supposed to be comics due to the interest in these two but they never got made
Ccino: Goats are gluttons and associated with dark magic! They'll eat anything! Like styrofoam, tin cans... *Slightly glaring side eye* and my father's pants!
Swan: I don't think I follow...
Ccino: they'll even eat your negative aura!
Swan: I don't think it works that way...
The goat opens its mouth and in a large purple beam (representing Swan) it absorbs Swan's Aura, Swan looks shaken and shell shocked.
The goat burps
Swan, pulling his hood over his head: I feel.. violated... And I don't know why...
Goat: Mmeeeeh! // Swan: Eek!
Bonus:
Ccino is getting cornered by Nightmare and hears a goat trot up
Nightmare: "is that a fucking goat?"
it unhinged it's jae and siphoned all the negativity off of Nightmare leaving a husk of his host, with black stained clothes, strong purple and aquamarine discoloration on his bones and his hollow eye sockets dripping with negativity, it wobbles a bit before collapsing into a pile of lifeless bones and the goat burps and then grabs a femur and tries to eat it
Ccino: um... Nice... Goat?
The goat trots off
Nagging
Swan is nagging Ccino to take care of himself
Swan: how about a bath?! you need a bath! you haven't bathed in months!
Ccino: I don't have body odor!
Swan: You work... IN FOOD SERVICE! you MUST BATHE!
Ccino: how about you take a bath?
Swan, with the thought process "he's asking me to do something that I also need to do, let's compromise and both do it", crosses his arms, closes his eyes: How about we take one together?
Ccino blushes and Swan's eyes shot open as he realized his blunder.
Ccino: You.. uh... haha... didn't think that one through did you?
Swan: No, I did not.
Why him?
Swan: what do... you... see in him...?
Ccino: What-?! we.. him and I are just-
Ccino sees Swan's earnest eyes and realizes he can't avoid it in good faith
Ccino: I.... l-love him... there's... there's good in him! and he's strong and.. brave! and... he... protects me... and... (*Ccino trails off as he starts to see all those traits shared in Swan.*) and... he's confident!
Swan: he hurts you...
Ccino: not all the time!
Swan: Well, he shouldn't hurt you even if it's only some of the time!
Ccino: I... I can't...
Swan: Do... Do you prefer him over me..?
Ccino: ...I... Swan, that’s not... you can’t just ask something like that! It’s complicated!
Swan: CCINO!
Ccino: I don't know... you're so good to me, Swan... but he... I can't just leave him
Swan: I am not asking for you to leave him... I'm asking you... if... he's... I'm asking you if you... I'm asking if you think he's better than me... that's all.
Ccino shrugs and fidgets: define... better...?
Swan: I... um...
Ccino: let's drop this...
Ballet: (mentioned in a previous post)
Presso is doing an altered version of the plié (ballet move) and goes up and chorused "I am poise" and then goes down "I am grace" then repeats it multiple times and tells Ccino with a scowl "I don't see any pirouettes!"
Swan corrects "that's actually an Plié-like motion, that goes into an exaggerated tendu mixed with an Arabesque"
Presso looks somewhat impressed, "You actually noticed!" Presso marveled, "Finally! I've been waiting for Ccino or at least SOMEONE to realize this isn't a pirouette!"
"I... like Ballet..." Swan quavered
"I like you... Want to join?" Presso asks
Swan eagerly accepts but Ccino tells Swan, exasperated, "please don't..."
Despite the weak protest, Swan and Presso in sync go "I am poise, I am grace! I am poise, I am grace!"
Ccino grabs a bottle of pure vanilla extract, sits on the counter and drinks out of the bottle looking tired.
Swan comments "is that pure vanilla extract?? I don't know if I should be in awe or low-key fear of you"
Confession
Dream: maybe it’s enchanted and we need to admit a deep dark secret to escape?
Swan: um…
Swan: I’VE BEEN BREAKING INTO CCINO’S HOUSE AND USING CCINO’S TOOTHBRUSH FOR THE PAST MONTH NOW WITHOUT HIM KNOWING BECAUSE I DON’T HAVE TOOTHBRUSH OR A SINK!
One of 3 lights turns on, confirming Dream was right about the secret telling

Meeting Swad
Swad: there you are! The other you had you locked away to give to me for a trade but after learning you escaped I was so… "worried"!
Ccino: I don't know who you are, but back off! *Looks at him nervously* please, if you may? You are making him uncomfortable…
Swad looks at Ccino with an unreadable expression, almost… sorrowful?
Swad: you have a great emptiness in you… I have never seen such hollowness in a souled entity… well, I suppose you're not literally empty, but you have a… deep sadness in you… it's almost disturbing.
Swan: Just leave us alone!
Swad: Why would I do that?
Presso: BECAUSE THEN I HAVE TO KICK YOUR ASS! // Ccino: MANNERS! PRESSO! MANNERS!
Swad: huh?
Presso summons a Gaster Blaster and knocks Swad into the stratosphere.
Presso: I was expecting a bigger fight than that… oh, well // Ccino: Presso! YOU BROKE THE WINDOW!
Flood
s by and he quickly dries it off and hugs it, the Budai statue is on a little boat of it's own and has a pirate hat with a yin-yang crossbones on it as the little boat whistle song plays. A rotary phone floats by and Ccino hears the phone ring then answers it
Ccino: Hello, this is the Cat Café, Ccino speaking, we are closed on account of the flooding caused by the Monsoon.
Swan: oh, hey Ccino! I was calling to make sure you're okay…
Ccino: we prepared… mostly… It came a bit early this year. Um… the Café is flooded but we already moved the food and drink stuff upstairs and airtight sealed it.
Swan: Well, that's good! How's Presso?
Presso is wading through the water it is up to his chest
Ccino, holding the phone to his chest: Presso, that is very dangerous.
Presso: I only live once.
Ccino, sighs relentingly and puts the phone back to his head: he's fine.
Swan: oh, that's a relief…
Flowers
Ccino is cutting paper and doing origami flowers. Presso walks over and gazes at his work
Presso: What's all this work for?
Ccino: a… a friend…
Presso: …
Ccino: that I like… just as a friend.
Presso: uh-huh… okay, why paper flowers? Is she allergic to normal flowers?
Ccino: no… and the friend is a he.
Presso: He… likes flowers?
Ccino: yes
Presso: is.. is he gay?

Presso: …why paper?
Ccino: he… flowers don't collide well with his magic apparently.
Presso: why not silk or plastic?
Ccino: plastic is cheap and smells, silk is too expensive.
Presso: why not dried ones? You know, dead flowers that have been preserved by drying them out?
Ccino: they… make those?
Presso: uh… yeah?
Ccino: well, it's too impersonal then.
Presso: …
Ccino is folding more flowers and putting them on long toothpicks, decorated with fake leaves.

Ccino: S-shut up! We are just friends... And we got into a fight. Alright?
Presso: oh, it's Swan! Yeah, I take back my implicated insinuation, you have a negative percent chance with him.

Ink: hey, wait… aren't you two a couple?
Swan, confused: huh? // Ccino: *high pitched long flustered scream as his face gets more and more purple*
Swan: *scratches the back of his head* no? *Shrugs* Where did you get that from?

Ink turns to Dream
Ink: they aren't actually dating.
Dreamtale Dream: ….
Dream blinks slowly multiple times and then smiles embarrassedly

Swan: Yeah... I don't.. I don't think Ccino is... mature enough for a romantic relationship and I rather... not... be in a romantic relationship with anyone, I don't think... I would be happy with him? I'm insecure and he's so... um...

Ccino: ACH!
Swan, behind Ccino, mimicking Ccino: OH MY GOD! MANNERS!! *Swan is clutching his face while feigning fear, he looks at Ccino then smiles covers his mouth with giddy and pride*
Ccino: huh?
Presso, from the other room: CCINO, SHUT UP! I CAN HEAR YOU FROM OVER HERE!
Swan starts to giggle
Ccino: What? No- I… Swan!
Dramatic hug
Dreamtale Dream runs to embrace Swan
Dreamtale Dream: Nighty!
Swan: Woah! Woah! Slow down!
Dream comes at a fast enough speed to swing full circle around Swan when he hugs him by the neck, causing minor discomfort in Swan but Dream seems giggly and smiley
Dream, smiling wide and big with big bug eyes: Hi~!
Swan, smiling softly and warmly: Hi.
Camera pans to Ccino who just witnessed that gymnastics move
Ccino, sweating: Hi…?

Ccino: Um... Swan?
Swan, putting on mascara: Yes, Mr. Black?
Ccino: just call me Ccino... anyway, um...
Swan: Hmm?
Ccino: why are you dressing up as a woman?
Swan: well, if I am going to be working at your cafe to cover for Presso while he's in medical school, since you have multiversal patrons and there are quite of few individuals that don't like me. by quite a few I mean... 99% of everyone... the less likely they are to recognize me the better
Ccino: oh...
Ccino processes that for a moment, while staring at Swan wearing a skirt.
Ccino: wouldn't your crown give it away?
Swan: ...
Swan makes a pursed face and Ccino stares at Swan slightly suspiciously
