And this is another piece I did for the Peaches and Plums Reverse Bang! For this one I was paired with @eliotqueliot who created an absolute monster of a fic (and I will never stop referring to it that way! I go "wow" every time I look at wordcount) Check it out!

queliot bingo: wingfic + boat quest

Quentin was curled up on the couch in the Physical Kids cottage, a book propped up on his knees, innocently reading his story. That changed in such a whirlwind that it took his brain a solid minute to understand that he had been dragged to his feet and was being forced up the stairs... with no idea what happened to his book.

He turned, trying to go back for it, but Eliot's hold on his wrist was unrelenting, so he gave up the fight. No one would bother to steal it.

Eliot was talking, and it seemed that he had been the entire time but Quentin did not hear any of it while he had been desperately trying to orient himself in the real world rather than the world in his minds eye.

When they ended up in Quentin’s own room, he was admittedly baffled, "What are we doing?"

Eliot's hands popped up to his hips in impatience at the same time he jut out one of those hips, "You are getting dressed."

"I am dressed," Quentin frowned.

The laugh was a touch condescending, but the reason was clear, "Black jeans and a black hoodie is not dressed! We need color where we're going."

"Uh, like what? Brown?"

The sound Eliot made was pained and almost inhuman as he pinched his brow, "Sometimes I wonder how a real human can exist and not know what color is." He flung open the wardrobe and slammed it shut just as fast, "In very brief moments, I hate you as much as I love you."

Quentin sighed, rolling his eyes at his apparent fashion crimes, "There is nothing wrong with my clothes."

"Right, if they are on fire," Eliot grabbed his hand again, "I'll buy you decent clothes when we portal there," An evil smile showed his sudden shift in mood, "A crop top! With rainbow suspenders, definitely."

"Wait, what?" Quentin squeaked.

The original Queliot Week 2019 website is beautiful and well worth checking out, but enter at your own risk: when I load it now (link below), virus protection is giving me a "threat secured" script warning; not sure why, but it seems to be fine with virus protection, as mine is blocking the problem script without any issues, and the works are still linking to AO3 and Tumblr. I love the original Queliot Week 2019 Tumblr website.

The original Tumblr website is gone, but many of the entries can still be found through the tags #queliotweek2020 and #queliotweek (this 2nd tag also brings up posts for Queliot Week 2019).
