Iâm planning for a lot of changes in 2018; I decided that a new blog should be one of those changes.
Why would I willingly toss aside thousands of followers and posts? My organization of this blog (or lack thereof) has been driving me crazy lately, and I want a fresh start. Nothing more, nothing less.
Iâll still be the elenafisher you all know and love (Iâve already made a new account and claimed the username, so donât get any ideas). In the coming days, Iâll be re-following my favorite blogs and setting up my new home. Once Iâm ready for the switch, Iâll write up another post, but in the meantime â Iâm probably done posting on this account.

Our new game is In the Valley of Gods, a single-player first-person adventure set in Egypt in the 1920s. You play as a disgraced former filmmaker and explorer, reunited with your old partner for a project that could leave you with fame and fortuneâor dead and buried in the sand.Â
Weâre currently developing the game for Windows, Mac, and Linux, with any potential future platforms yet to be determined. Thereâs a tentative release target of 2019, but that could change. Just like with Firewatch, follow our progress here on the blog and our Twitter account for the latest news and behind-the-scenes development. In the Valley of Gods is an adventure unlike anything weâve ever made and we canât wait for you to play it.

However difficult you think you are, there is someone out there who will love you.
They will hold your hand through your anxiety. They will be there for you even on your worst, angriest days. They will allow you to grow and evolve in the way you need. And even when you make mistakes, they will take the time to understand you and forgive you.
Love is not a thing that needs to be earned by changing yourself from the person you are. You can better yourself, but never ever think you need to better yourself for anyone other than yourself. Those kind of changes never last.
This is the kind of love you deserve. This is the kind of love you need. No one is too difficult to love when they have love in their hearts to give to others. Please donât believe whoever told you that you will never find the love you need, not even yourself. Donât tell yourself that changing who you are will get you the love you need. Because this you, all raw, all broken is still beautiful, is incredibly wonderful to someone.
