(ENGLISH) Due to many inconvenients with other channels on Youtube, I have changed some rules about the use of my content. Not reading this description gives me the right to claim your videos as reposted content on this platform.

I only allowed a few channels  to take the entire episodes, fandub them both in SPANISH and ENGLISH and monetize them, because they’re people I trust and know,  and they are currently supporting me with other projects.

Other fandub, AMVs, Video-Reactions, reposted previews or teasers ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE MONETIZED. You can still creating content taking my animations, but please don’t make money with them.

If you want to use fragments of my animations for compilations or tops, please just 3 or 5 minutes of them. These type of videos can’t be monetized either, even if you used content from other artists for the same video.

Not following these rules will force me to send you a copyright claim in your channel. Undortunately some good and honest channels would be affected for this because of some rude and lazy people who have taken advantage of other artist’s hard work I have no option but getting strict with these new changes.

(ESPAÑOL) Debido a varios invonvenientes con otros canales en Youtube, he cambiado algunas reglas sobre el uso de mi contenido. NO LEER ESTA DESCRIPCIÓN ME DA EL DERECHO DE RECLAMAR TUS VIDEOS COMO CONTENIDO RESUBIDO EN ESTA PLATAFORMA.

Le permití únicamnete a unos pocos canales en tomar estos episodios, fandubearlos tanto en ESPAÑOL como en INGLÉS y monetizarlos en su totalidad, pues confío y conozco a estas personas, además de que me están apoyando en mis otros proyectos.

Otros canales de fandubs, AMVs, Videoreacciones o contenido resubido NO PUEDEN SER MONETIZADOS.

Si deseas usar secciones de mis videos para compilaciones o tops, usa como máximo 3 o 5 minutos del mismo. Estos tampoco tienen mi autorización de ser monetizados, así hayas incluido trabajos de otras personas en el mismo video.

El no seguir este reglamento me obligará a enviar una reclamación por derechos de autor a tu canal. Desafortunadamente algunos buenos canales se verán afectados, pues por culpa de gente aprovechada y poco profesional no he tenido otra opción que ponerme estricta con estos cambios.

Just to show you something else in addition to the previous post, so you can maybe understand even more why I took those decisions. 

This is my revenue of June. As you can see, I could get some money with the three ads I put in Underverse 0.4. I can only see those big jumps in my Analytics when I post an episode each three, five, or seven months. The amount of  months people are complaining to me: “Jakei why it took so long!” “The next episode will be ready in 2022″ and all that bullshit I’m tired to read everyday. They think I’m wasting time doing other things. No. These last months I was working straight on 30 minutes of animation. Yes, there were a days I made different videos during these months.

Look again that picture up ther and guess why I had to upload those videos.

Yes. because I had to try to get a good revenue for these months while I was working with the main series of my channel. I had to stop working in that animation to post something for that month. Because I have to pay every month for services, I have to pay food, I have to pay for medicine when I get sick because of exhaustion, just like now. I can’t even sleep properly because of this. Posting videos these las seven months caused some delays with Underverse 0.4, because sadly I can’t work on three or four videos at the same time. Three or four videos that a video-reaction, (some) fandubber or compilation channel can make easily in just a few weeks or one month.  So they can upload many videos very often and see their analytics in most of cases, stable.
