So I’ve been teaching myself how to use watercolor paints lately. I’ve been hugely inspired by @eileenbahar-arts do to the fact that she’s so good at what she does. I strive for my art to someday be (almost…nothing compares) as good as her’s is!

The Star
My immortals :0!!!
They're the only survivors of the apocalypse, and until they met they had no idea there were others like them, because they all became immortal through different, unique, means.
Commissioned by @eileenbahar-arts thank you, as always it's a pleasure working with you <3
Thank you to @eileenbahar-arts for letting me get her beautiful art tattooed 😃 minus the shading at least. I love it!
It looks amazing!!! 💕💕
Hi Eileen, I just watched your YouTube video on painting a full moon. Fantastic-thanks so much. But two questions: Did you use masking fluid around the moon? And, what paper were you using?
Hi, I'm glad you liked it!
I didn't use masking fluid, and the paper was the cold pressed watercolor paper by Lukas (160ish g/m2 I think), if I remember corectly

Hey, I was wondering if you're taking commissions currently?
Oh sorry, I didn't see this earlier. Yes, I'm taking commissions. ♡
I just looked through your soc6...you don’t have any prints of the alina starkov/the darkling you did. Do you perhaps have it on sale elsewhere?
Hi! I just uploaded it to Society6.
Sorry for taking so long, it took me a while to find the original.
How large of a piece are you comfortable working on?
I never painted anything bigger than Din A3, and I imagine anything larger than that to be a bit overwhelming.
Can I use your drawing of Persephone as my prof pic on ig? It’s a private account with like 70 followers but I can still tag you/give you credit if you want!
Yeah, sure!

'May I use your art in a watercolor study college presentation I'm doing as long as I give credit and add/or cite you on my works cited page?
Sure, go ahead. And thank you for asking first! ♡
Well, do you use any particular deck as inspiration? I only have two decks (Hanson Roberts and Linestrider), and i'm a little worried that the symbolism they use is too exclusive to use in my own (plagiarism and all that. Maybe I'm just a little paranoid). I'm thinking of using Rider Waite, but honestly I've never liked that one.
I'm using Rider Wait as a starting point, because it's the deck that I had as a child, so it has a special place in my heart. I look at the symbolism, and than I take what I like and change things that I don't.
I don't think that there is any problem in taking inspiration for the symbolism in the decks you most like. Of course you shouldn't copy the image exactly, but as long as you make it your own it's fine. Like a lion as a symbol of strength doesn't belong to any one person, symbols only work because they get repeated, and that's how everybody understands them.
I guess what I'm trying to say is: copying symbols, is ok. Copying images, not so much.
I hope this helps ♡
Gotta say, I absolutely love your tarot deck so far. Is there any advice you could give to someone trying to make their own deck? (been working on mine since last year)
Thank you so much! ♡
I'm not sure, is there anything you're struggeling with? Because I find it kind of hard to give general advise. Especially because I don't really have this whole thing figured out myself.

Howdy! I just saw one of your card designs and loved it. Then promptly looked at the rest of your blog. I love your card designs and art!!! Are you planning on publishing/selling decks eventually? If so I’d love to buy a deck :)
Hi! Thank you so so much!! 💕
Yes, I want to sell the deck once it's finished. Though I don't know, how and where yet.
Do you think about publishing the illustrated tarot cards? I would definitely buy the deck!
Yes, once I'm done, or maybe I'll print the major arcana seperatley, not sure.
Although, I still have no idea how and where to get them printed
