“My papa’s looking for me and I don’t want him to find me.” She answered honestly while looking the girl over. “If you’re offering do you have some food I can eat?”

"Okay." She agreed. Reaching forward to take the woman's hand. "Are they better than eggos?"

The girl tugged lightly on his sleeve as not to spook him. Eleven had a habit of appearing out of nowhere and making no noise as she made her entrance so she could scare people easily. “I had a nightmare. Can you come watch tv with me?”

“My name’s el.” She said simply as she looked the teenager over. She hadn’t expected to meet him nor him her. In fact she was in hiding. Mike still keeping her in his room until he could explain this whole situation. Not to mention keeping the girl from her papa. She only spoke up since he’d already seen her. “You can’t tell anyone you saw me. I’m supposed to be in hiding.”

“So if you’ve been good this guy leaves you presents?” They were trying to explain the concept of christmas to el and she was having hard time wrapping her head around it. “And in exchange we leave him cookies? So it’s like a trade?” How does he even know if she’s been good or not? She doesn’t even know the guy. 

“Why is there so much food?” El asked curiously as she peeked her head in the kitchen. “Are we celebrating something?” She had been told about a couple holidays like christmas and halloween so far but apparently no one had told her about thanksgiving yet.
