Menstrual Product Drive

Hi everyone!

After reading about some of the improvised, and potentially harmful, products homeless women have had to use when they couldn’t afford or didn’t have access to the proper products, I have decided to put together a menstrual product drive.

I have seen these be successful in other cities, and wanted to do one here.

This is really easy! I have made an amazon wishlist filled with various menstrual product options. If you are able to order one or two things, they will be shipped to me and I will take one big donation to Deborah’s Place.

I will likely keep this up about a month. Please consider pitching in or sharing!

I have contacted someone there and checked them out on CharityNavigator where they got 3 out of 4 stars.

They also have a need for gift cards to grocery stores and places like Target and Wal-Mart. If you want to get something that isn’t available on amazon or on my wishlist, I can coordinate with you to pick it up so it can be part of the donation. I will include a list of names of people who donated when I make the drop off.
