Depends on the situation, actually!

When she's talking normally, she uses "あたし" (Atashi), which is a more cutesy and feminine way of saying it. It's the most common one she uses.

In more serious situations, she changes to 私 (watashi).

But when she's being playful or dramatic, she uses "われ / 我" (ware), which is an old-fashioned way of speaking. She uses this mostly in joking situations BUT:

She's really chipper and childish, always wanting to be entertained and way too energetic, but shes friendly and loves getting to meet new people and asks way too many questions. she loves socializing and getting to know...
