I’ve struggled with depression in the past. To date, the best depiction of depression that I’ve seen is the blank pages in New Moon. Truly captured the feeling better than anything else.

Right! I’ve always told people that is true to life. There is nothing to note down when you’re depressed like that, and I love that the chapter after the months end is called Waking Up. Stephenie what did you go through to come up with that?
