not at all! whenever i'm at a gig i don't notice anyone but the show I've came to see and the people i came with. do it! also drinking can make you worry less lul xx

lul dude i was like that except i was march! so i didn't even get the break with going out. don't worry about it, you're almost there and also going clubbing is super overrated. you're not missing that memorable nights, everyone's too drunk. when I couldn't go out i hung with my underage friends or would do stuff i couldn't do before like paint, read, watch a good series. I'd go out with my friends during the day and do that stuff at night. tell your friends how you feel left out and understand you can't go out but maybe could they spend some time with you, if they are true friends they will understand and take some time out of clubbing to be with you. Xx

try and not let it get to you and be honest and say you aren't sure about the future and maybe she has some advice. talk about your interest whether it's helping people, reading or whatever it's a good starting point. even if your teacher isn't helpful and makes you feel bad just don't take it too seriously. you will find your way and you don't need to find it right now. xx

feels. only did i find something i kinda wanna do at the start of this year. feeling of being lost is scary and sad but reflecting on that feeling, you never are “truly” found. do stuff you like. if you like art do it, if you like music do it, if you like learning about science watch youtube vids and docos (that doesn't mean you have to be the best), if you wanna travel and see the world do it to be found. you are more likely to find something you love and want to do when you're not expecting it so just live your life to have fun and surround yourself with things that make you happy and people that love you and you will fall into something that you adore. it doesn't matter how long that takes and you are not a failure because other people you know have found something they like. everyone’s journey is different. try not to worry about the future, live in the now. to quote baz luhrmann worrying about the future is effective as solving an algebra equation by chewing bubblegum. xx

maybe that a break from social media for a while. i know it’s hard just to give up talking to friends and stuff but try not to involve yourself too much. i understand getting stuck in that world, and sometimes i still do. but happiness isn’t there. we all think we will be happy once we reach a certain number but that number will always grow higher. there is a lot of happiness outside of social media. even if you can't take a solid break straight up, try slowly minimising your usage. try and do something else that will take you into a different world. like drawing, painting (you don’t have to be good, its just fun), writing,reading, taking photos (not for social media for you and working on them), even just watching a tv show and binging out hard. it’s good you've seen you have a problem and you wouldn’t be asking me this question if you were happy with the obsession so at the end of the day social media’s numbers are empty. Go make yourself full with family and friends and being the best you. Social media can be used in an amazing way but if it gets unhealthy take a break. Hope this helped xx
