“Oh———he’s a actor too?!” She bursts out laughing at how precious the dog can be. She nods as Eden further explains how things had gone for her. Ana is happy she hadn’t lost her powers. Then again, maybe if she had stopped being a wolf, maybe she would’ve regained her mage powers, if only for a moment. Such a glorious moment it would have been. “I don’t have money to offer, but I have hands if you need help.” She offers, because she genuinely would like to help.
“I’m so sorry about that Eden, I know it must have been difficult for the both of you.” Maybe having Nam-Joon had been a blessing for her, because Ana couldn’t focus on anything else than the boy during the attack. “I made a friend and became the hero of a boy’s story. I was found only at the end by Lorenzo, but for most part, I was trying to keep alive a child who lost both his parents. His father was taken out during the first explosion and his mother overpowered in front of us and died. I’m just glad he was blind at the time. But he’s with family now.”
"Didn't you know?" Eden laughs "He's an Oscar contender," she reaches to scratch behind his ears. In all fairness, Bear had all reason to milk his injury. He had kept her safe, as good as he could against supernatural beings. Evidently, he had helped her pick up scents and become aware of eminent danger when she'd been stripped of her abilities. "Thank you," she smiles, appreciating the offer. "I think we'll have to wait until Bear is properly healed though, so he can lend a paw and be the best assistant."
"Gosh," that sounds like—- a lot. "I'm glad you two made it out alive. That sounds terrible." The overpowering part especially. Watching a loved one die... "It's good he had you," she smiles. It spoke for her too, that she stayed with him, keeping him safe instead of just focusing on her own wellbeing. "I'd say definitely earned the title hero and not just in his story."
