Egbooty Is Not My Name

So I'm sorry about my lack of activity. But you know, I haven't had much attention on this blog for a while, which is ironic given it has more followers than any other. But what can you do? Anyway, I'm going to try to be more active here because I do enjoy John, but I'd very much like to get some interactions going. So feel free to like this post for a starter.

I can lie on top of you until you have no choice but to fall asleep.

         「  He’d nod almost immediately- perhaps a tad too quickly- in response      to the final part of the other’s rather gentle chiding. He didn’t mind the other      discussing their own life’s events to him, not at all. If anything, he enjoyed      listening to such topics, enjoyed learning more about the boy he held as his      favorite. ｣

        「  What Dirk didn’t like was the way the other seemingly marveled over      that boy named Ian. The very thought that John possibly liked the other      more than him was what greatly unsettled the boy. ｣

                             “It ain’t that. None o’ that. It’s more of. Hearin’                                o’ him kinda just rubs me the wrong way. That                                and… maybe a bit o’ envy hearin’ ‘bout him”, the boy                                admitted sheepishly. “Only a bit, ain’t nothin’ much                                to it.”                              “Other than that, I’m fine with hearin’ ‘bout the shit                                in your life. That really don’t bother me.”

       「   Maybe that’d serve as some sort of proper excuse… albeit the fact      that it certainly didn’t let his behavior slide by. ｣ 

       「   Tangerine eyes would scan the other’s hand, spotting the crescent-like      dents that had formed on the other’s pale flesh, which fortunately hadn’t been      more than simple dents. He wouldn’t have been content with himself if he had      pierced the other’s flesh, after all. ｣

                             “It don’t hurt much right?”

                                      "Envious?" 

                He echoes the word as if completely surprised and almost a bit          DISBELIEVING of such a defense. 

                                      "Dirk, dude, seriously? What, do you                                        think I'm going to replace you with him?                                        That's ridiculous. I admire the way he                                        can make a drink and whatever, sure.                                        But admiration only goes so far. I'm not                                        even friends with the guy. And even if I was,                                        that wouldn't make me stop hanging out                                        with you. It wouldn't make me like you any                                        less. I mean, c'mon, you're totally one of a                                        kind--and I mean that in the CHEESIEST                                        sense of the phrase." 

                He offers Dirk a smile.
