He wasn’t sure what the blob was planning…but hopefully it wouldn’t be mean-spirited. Who would even do things like that on Valentine’s Day?

He looked taken back by the sudden offer, no one had ever willingly volunteered to help him before. At least, not out of pure knowledge of what he’s previously done before.

Seeing the blob consume the thing whole after one bite…reminded him of himself, actually. It was an amusing sight, and probably why he didn’t say anything about it either.

“Good, huh~? Now imagine giving someone else that satisfaction on Valentines!” While there wasn’t really anyone specifically Lemres would call his “Valentine,” a day to give everyone candy was good enough for him.

What a poor man…or blob, in this case. He certainly was missing out. Luckily, he had a small bar of milk chocolate on him that he didn’t currently need. He took it out and handed it to the space blob.

“Here, try it. This one’s on me~.”

❝Huh?❞ He cautiously took hold of the rectangular confection, analyzing the color and shape before taking a bite.
