january isn’t for hustling, it’s for resting and planning. laze in bed a little longer in the mornings when you’re able, have a sweet treat when you need a lift, take your vitamins, get a little fresh air when you can, and take some time to think about how you want the rest of the year to look. then poke your head out in february or march with the daffodils.
