EATANDHIIT

It’s either I eat like sht or I eat 1 meal a day. there’s no in between. That has been me for the whole 2017. It’s not because I’m trying to lose weight or anything, it’s just because of my annoying schedule I have every term and the amount of work load in uni. These past weeks I’ve been skipping my workout and not eating well and I feel crap and unhealthy. I lost 10 pounds but I’m sure I can gain that weight back easily because I messed my metabolism for skipping meals. Yesterday I decided to get back on track and plan my meals for the whole week. I’m giving veganism a shot again. After all, I’m a vegan before college happens. Today I got my order from an online shop where I order my vegan food for the next 2-3 weeks. I can’t wait to get back on track and eat like a normal healthy person again. No excuses this time. I’m packing my lunch for school so I won’t have to skip meals for the whole term again. :)
