Two whole years. I honestly can’t believe it’s been that long since this show ended, and I still love it with all my heart. And always will.

So a year ago today, the show that made me laugh, made me cry. Made me happy. Came to an end. I can honestly say I had never been so attached to a show and it’s characters before then. I cried like a child when I saw those last scenes and when I heard the music and saw how the characters had grown.

I watched these two kids grow up, and in a way, I aged with Sabine. I was sixteen when the show started, and when it came to it’s end I had almost turned 20. These two kids have such a place in my heart, from their struggles to their achievements; I felt like I just connected to them from day one.

It’s safe to say that I still miss these dorky animated characters and the rest of the show with all my heart and always will. For the joy, it brought me for those four years. I owe this show so much, and wouldn’t be where I am without it. After all, I only started drawing after I began to watch it.
