                      He hated the thought of her fighting with her best friend, but there wasn’t much Theodore could do. But he’d try his best. ❝Well, you can stay here for the night if you want. Maybe things will blow over by morning.❞ The male offered kindly to the blonde beside him. Eyes remaining locked on her features as strong shoulders shrugged.

                      Listening closely, the male let off a sigh just before feet pulled him to her. ❝Hey, it’s fine, really. I just would have picked food up or something if I knew you were coming.❞ Theodore tried to reassure the other as she dropped onto the sofa beside her. ❝What happened? Do you want to talk about it?❞

                      If there was one thing almost everyone knew about Theodore, it was that he never handled sensitive situations very well. Eyes were wide as she broke into a sob, his own body quickly moving to sit beside her on the couch. ❝Hey, hey, breathe.❞ Words were soft from the male as he quickly moved to place a hand on her back, rubbing in small circles to try and comfort the female.

                      Eyebrows raised as eyes set on a familiar face, one he hadn’t entirely been expecting to see when he returned to his apartment. ❝I wasn’t expecting visitors.❞ Theodore mumbled quietly as he pulled the front door shut. ❝Is everything alright?❞

                      It was early, nearly two in the morning for the male but his lack of sleep was worth it to Skype with the other. ❝No, no, I’m fine —— really. How was your day?❞ Such a small conversation pulled forward as one hand moved to rake digits through his own fluffy mess of hair. ❝Grace wanted me to tell you she says hi, before I forget.❞ He chuckled as he pulled his little sister’s name into the conversation, offering a weak smile to the screen.

                      It was unexpected. The young beauty was his best friend’s girlfriend —— just because the other male was a cheater and treated her horribly didn’t change how wrong it was. He’d been up for hours, letting her sleep in as he lounged on his couch to try and clear his head after their night of rolling around in bed together. He’d heard mumbles in his room minutes ago after the sound of a phone rang through the apartment. Now, eyes were liftingg from his own phone to meet with the woman. ❝How’d you sleep?❞
