Anduín's gaze flickered from one figure to another, finally resting on the female presented to him. Words were caught in his throat, the Barian god frozen in place. The fear that showed on each of the Astral beings' faces, it was something he had not expected though he should have, considering the things he had done. He was the source of this fear and, instead of the pleasure he should have gotten from such a sight, he felt ill.  A hand was slowly extended toward the young female, taking her hand in his own and gripping if firmly, yet delicately enough to show that he meant no harm to her despite the fact that she had flinched when he reached for her. "I mean you no harm. I have not come to destroy, but to seek forgiveness and to make an attempt at starting from scratch. Please allow me to help you all." Anduín's expression only seemed to resonate with what he said as he stepped back, slowly allowing his arm to fall to his side, finally breaking his contact with the Astral girl, now tainted with Chaos.

Anduín swallowed hard, looking Ena over before his gaze returned to her face. That gentle, caring look and her words. She genuinely meant everything she said... Including the part where she threatened him if he attempted to cause harm to the people of Astral World... And he knew that she wasn't just saying that. She was more than capable of fighting him on an even footing. He wasn't phased by her threat, exactly. It was more the request that came immediately after.  Did she truly mean what she said? What she was asking of him? What she was putting on the line? Did Ena truly wish for him to help the people of Astral World with the Chaos he had been banished for in the first place? Smile gracing his lips, he took Ena's hand in his own. Her face spoke volumes, confirming that she knew just what she was asking him and her words held a truth that he couldn't deny. If there were no Astral Beings, whom would he destroy once he had accomplished his master plan and acquired the Numeron Code? The humans? They wouldn't put up a fight, nor could they ever become a thread to him... A chuckle escaped from Thousand as he stepped closer to Ena, basking in her beauty. She had already seemed to forgive him for the damage he had caused and was wiling to push that aside to reconcile, dredging up feelings from their past. As he looked her over, a thought crossed his mind... She could easily be considered a goddess. She was beautiful, kind and wise... Dual tinted hues shimmered with admiration for the woman, reminding him of why he had desired that Ena be his in the first place. "And how, my dear, do you propose I solve this little crisis of yours?" Anduín hummed, bringing her hand to his lips and kissing it delicately. Perhaps this whole situation could be much more pleasant than he initially imagined it to be.

“I can only hope you will not punish innocents for the mistakes of one—”

"I am not here to destroy, as I am not capable of fully doing so without the Numeron Code." He returned her sigh with one of his own, hues focused on the ethereal woman before him. It was almost tempting to mock her. Almost. Instead, he chose to actually make an attempt maintain conversation with the female for a short while, at least.  "Banning me from returning does nothing if the 'Will of Astral World' isn't man enough to face me. Perhaps he fears the same as you- that I've become more powerful than even him; that I will destroy your people." Anduin's words were cold, harsh and more akin to his usual behavior. His gaze toward her belied his words, however and was much softer than his sharpened tongue.
