Sun Shangxiang and Lu Xun are my favorite couple since I was child and played DW 5. For me, they have a wild relationship and many rumours talked about them. There are some rumours thet they're fall in love with each other

I never was fan of Liu Bei and Sun Shang Xiang being together. Even when learning about history and how Sun Shang Xiang never love Liu Bei.

Thank God they got rid of Zhou Yu's ponytail.

Shu could have been my favorite kingdom if we had amazing characters like Liao Hua, Wang Ping, Zhang Yi and Huang Hao. But instead they gave us a bunch of Guanbabies and Bao Sanniang.

Pretty simple, but I really love Zhuge Liang and Yue Ying because of him choosing her for her brains, not for looks. Even though she's pretty anyway, it's still refreshing to me.

I can’t wait for empires so Xiahouji can be back home in Wei & find a man who’ll treat her right :)

I'm still hoping for the day that Sun Jian will strip off his armor and reveal his magnificent, sexy body underneath.

It kinda bothers me that every kingdom has to look like the hero so much that everyone is so black and white instead of being allowed to do bad things and still have human and likeable qualities. Instead, usually the only people who do anything bad are painted in a way that they are irredeemable and must be stopped. Because clearly no one else has done anything wrong, ever. It makes everybody so bland and fake instead of interesting and complex.

I haven't met other fans, but I adore Sima Shi x Wang Yuanji?! I fell in love with them in dw7. <3

I wish people would stop drawing/representing Lu Xun as some weak, shy, girly looking uke. It's shown in canon that he's fairly well built and has a confident  and calm personality

Everyone seemed to have loved Lu Xun getting his hat back in 9 but I can't be the only one who adored his design in 8 right? He looked so much more manly and charming

Liu Shan is one of the worst characters. I really want to see him as a villain in the next game.  

So far the female characters who don't have love interests have been the best so far (ex: Guan Yinping, Cai Wenji etc)

Dynasty Warriors got me really into Chinese history and the Chinese drama versions of Romance of The Three Kingdoms because I loved the game so much I just wanted more... then I studied the real history and found myself really disappointed because some of the characters were real asshats in real life and now it tends to affect how I view them in game.
