    “Yeah...I mean I think. Different words, same meaning I guess. Anyway, Its kind of a ‘sorry for being shitty mentor’ present, as kind of an apology. So...um...sorry I guess.”

“….It’s not the right colour for you.”

“You’re kidding, right? That cost money!”

“What this supposed to be? An apology?”

“You look- er- fine.”

“Why are you looking at me like that?”

“Atleast smoke outdoors!”

“Do you need some wine? You need some wine.”

“You need some help there?”

“Open up~”

“I can do it myself!”

“I’m not staying, don’t worry.”

“…It was raining. Your door was closer.”

“He/She/They was an ass. You’re better off without.”

“You didn’t deserve that.”

“You look like hell.”

“When did you last sleep?”

“Don’t be a baby about it.”

“Just drink this and be quiet.”

“This is your own fault.”

“If you stopped drinking so much this wouldn’t happen.”

“Are you bleeding?”

“Is that a bruise? Where did you get this?”

“You’re hurt.”

“Oh, thank you.”

Pause.

      For the sake of manners, he makes the effort to downplay it.

       Brian proceeds to rummage through a couple  bins before pulling out a grey, somewhat stained cloak. He has a hat here somewhere, leftover from a Grey Warden who was no longer with us.

      “Oh! I nearly forgot, I had this made for you.”

    He steps delicately over the mess,     stooping to pick up a stray glass that     hadn’t shattered.

        Uh-oh, some of these looked expensive.

        Best to cover up this fact with awkward small talk.

             – “Are you quite finished?”

       Brain look around at the mess he’s made. In his defense, some of the blame is on William. It’s just not smart to startle druids, they tend to create small windstorms and ruin people’s kitchens.
