Veganuary - week 3
Perhaps because it’s Blue Monday (even though this doesn’t really exist) last week was really hard!

Butternut squash soup with chilli roasted chickpeas
Breakfast - coco pops, cocoa shreddies
Snacks
Peanut butter on toast, marmite on toast, ditto sandwiches, nuts, dried fruit, fruit, ginger biscuits.
I was in York then Berlin with work. It was hard because I did not know where to go. And I did not manage a run!
