There are many behavior analysts working in and across schools. Armed with the science of human behavior, they are well-intended and doing their very best to combat the rapidly growing behavioral issues. But because the word behavior is attached to their name, there is almost a universal expectation that they will enter the school or classroom and work one on one to "fix" a student's behavior. While this model can be successful, it is usually impossible for the analyst who works across a number of classrooms and schools. So this leads to frustration on the part of both the analysts and the good educators who just want help.
