Discovered it by happenstance when I was looking up what my library had by Brian K Vaughan, and so I got its DVDs from there.

Up to episode 6 of the 1st season and I burst out laughing at the notion that they're still respecting the concept of property rights in this scenario.

This post-apocalypse town lost its primary water supply, so they're like "oh no!"

But then they're like "but wait, there's a few old-timey wells around the place!"

But then they're like "oh no, the best one is under this guy's house, so it's his water, and we have to carefully negotiate with him to share it with the rest of us"
