just a reminder that there’s so much more that we still don’t know about ourselves and that’s what makes life so beautiful. next year you could find your next favorite musician or fall in love with someone you haven’t even met yet. you might see a new shade of green that will become your new favorite color or you could become obsessed with a new food that you thought you once hated. we change as life goes on. we grow as life changes. our experiences shape us into a new person. it’s beautiful.

The bad air quality this past week has been doing an absolute number on me

#i cant imagine how horrible it is closer to the wildfires #i think the highest aqi near me reached around 300 and hasnt gone under 80 since this started #but ik up north it was damn near 1000 which i cant even fathom #ive had a sore throat and sinus issues and a cough since Wednesday when the smoke first started rolling in #i keep thinking about the people who live closer to the fires and smoke and all of the animals who cant escape it #and the nasty comments people are making about canada during all of this as if they dont send firefighters to help when our west coast burns #the fires arent just in canada ffs theyre in MN too #like why is the default to place blame rather than work together for the good of the environment that sustains us #at this rate humans arent going to survive the current mass extinction event we've created #the earth will heal after we're gone but you'd think humanity would try harder to preserve the world that sustains us #rant post #personal
