So I have a partner who i have an open relationship with. Started flirting with someone who partner knows about. Other person does not know I have a partner. Day after flirting with said person I feel like shit and immense regret. I told other person that I dont want to flirt anymore to continue and not lead them on. Person understands and just wants to be friends. Do i tell them also that I have a partner or is telling them just for my benefit and will just hurt the person more? Partner knows I was flirting with someone, they gave me permission to after they had cheated themself.
