i believe i used “Disney International Recruitment Team” with no address. One page MAX for a cover letter for any job, and two pages max for resume

1. Why do you want to participate in the program? Relate it not only to your love of Disney, but to your major and what you'll get out of it. I talked about my experience working with children (I have a degree in children's ministry), and how interacting with people would help me with my degree, for example. I also talked about my interest in the Disney company and how storytelling plays into the parks, which was beneficial because that's what I do, creating environments for kids to teach them stories. 2. What do you hope to gain from the program? Work experience, cultural experiences, meeting people from all over the world, and learning about customer service from the number one company in customer service. 3. Describe your personality - how is it right for the role?I basically bs'd this one and said I was outgoing (which I actually became when I went to Disney!) I talked about being outgoing and loving to help people, and also about being independent (this was very important in custodial as you have to do the work yourself and you're responsible for your zone by yourself) I talked about being self motivated, and the job experiences I had working in a church where I was given tasks and had to get them done over the summer, with little to no supervision. I would decide on what your top three role are and think about what is most important for those roles, then think about your personality and the high points that would be part of your top roles. For all roles, punctual, outgoing, engaging, able to work as a team, dedicated, etc are important aspects. Idk if custodial is one of your choices (it should be! 😜#custodiallife) but I would say some of the most important aspects would be: safety, time management, independence, responsible, outgoing and willing to help people, etc.

They’ll also ask you about the roles you’ve chosen as high interest, and confirm your general info. Honestly, the questions weren’t that difficult, and mostly just general interview questions. Be open and enthusiastic with your answers (avoid saying ummmmm too much and make eye contact!) and relate everything you say back to how awesome you are and how you’ll be a great fit with the company. I honestly typed up and practiced reading my answers to some of these questions before I went to my interview so i would have an idea of some things i could say. Definitely think of specific examples of yourself showing good customer service, going above and beyond (aka making magic) etc

Custodial is both amazing and disgusting at the same time. I LOVED my time in custodial and wouldn't have traded my time in my role for anything else. you sometimes do have to deal with gross situations - especially on rest room shifts - and it is a physically demanding job. Lifting 50lb trash cans all day can be exhausting. BUT custodial is a family and we all have each other's backs so if you need help, ask. What I loved most about custodial is the independence. You get to walk around and give people directions, take photos for people, and just make magic! My leaders actually encouraged us to interact and have fun with guests and always said we were "making main while cleaning up" not the other way around. One shift we actually got to stand outside before the parade and blow bubbles with some guests! And you might even have the chance to learn water art (if you haven't heard of it you need to google "Disney water art") Like any job, there are days you have to do things that are gross or hard. But the magical moments definitely outweigh the not-so-magical. enjoy your time in custodial 👍🏻😀

I don’t think so  !! CMs dont get into any of the other international parks (ie disneyland paris) so i dont think shanghei would be any different

3) Have FUN. Don’t stress about not doing everything you wanted. Go to iHop at 3am, laugh with your coworkers about stupid things that guests do, work hard and play hard. You hate your role? find some part that makes you love it. Find the people you click with. Make friends with your roommates - it’ll be 10x easier to resolve conflict and will make your life better. Go to the parks even when you’re exhausted. Watch wishes a million times, go to the parks by yourself. Make magic. And then cry when it’s all over and you have to go back to real life.

I’m sure there are tons more things i regret not doing on my program.
