For example. They have the therinfal templars just mindlessly obeying what their superior tells them, a superior that was a demon in disguise. They show you there that demon could pretend to be you, and everyone would follow to ruin the world. Blackwall's men killing a bunch of children cause their Leader told them so. The entire of inquisition being a group of people who would follow your orders no matter what you chose (like it's hard to get them so low approval they do leave, and still you will have your entire army and followers).

And you are like oh good chance to say the obvious "maybe mindlessly obeying orders is Bad" but because you are the inquisitor and leader, sometimes the message seems to be like "following EVIL orders is bad when you got an evil leader. but if we had a nice leader everything will be alright if we mindlessly obey them <3"
