Yeah, you read correctly, I said Sims 3 :)

This mod makes the game’s logic threads run faster, speeding up loading of Buy/Build and CASt, smoother UI elements, smoother CAS, fixes CAS music randomly stopping, among other things.

This mod should work on Steam, Retail and No-CD versions of the game. Not on Origin versions unfortunately as it blocks this kind of hack, so 1.69 won’t work.

Download: SFS / Dropbox

Simply unzip the file into your “The Sims 3/Game/Bin” folder.

You can configure the mod by editing the TS3Patch.txt file with notepad. I left comments in that file on how to set it up for lower end computers or in case it’s too demanding on your game.

The changes are most noticeable in CAS: Smoother body sliders, Sim rotation and quicker loading of clothes.

I decided to edit the skirts I made some time ago, they now have more swatches, different patterns, better shadows and textures and are updated for both frames! + I added one extra skirt (BG glitter skirt).

Vases Of Death: The ugliest thing I have ever made I love the death flower texture and wanted an arrangement without leaves so I chose the base game sun flower arrangement. This thing turned out as ugly as I hoped it would and perfect for my vampire homes.

I was really in the mood to make some eyes and I, of course, got carried away with the swatches again. I’ve included a face paint option for those who don’t want the non-defaults cluttering up the eye color section since there’s so many swatches. The Merged package includes the EA default replacements, the non-default colors, and the face paint.

Cast Iron Mailbox (Base Game)

It was suggested on Twitter that it would be a nice idea to convert the decorative Mailboxes found in The Magic Realm into functional ones. Looking at Sims 4 Studio, it was actually part of Base Game (guessing it can be found in Willow Creek), so I went ahead and made it into a functional mailbox!

So I’ve always made sure to have my makeup CC be usable for both masculine and feminine frames, but this time I wanted to make a set that was specifically made with masculine frames in mind! I made sure that each item looks good and not like a toddler did your sim’s makeup .. aka ea makeup :o)! Anyways, these do also work for feminine frames, so it’s usable for everyone! ♥

Tired of using medicine to cure your sims? Me too! So I decided to make this mod! Now personally, I loved the soup from the sims 2, and thus I decided to keep the name for nostalgia sake. So here’s Grandma’s Comfort Soup! 

Information:

Base Game Compatible

Multiple swatches

Cures all illnesses child-elder (excluding the new Jungle Adventure ones). I tried to get it working for toddlers, but it was having issues. If I get it working, I’ll update the mod. Toddlers can eat it though.

Vegetarian Safe

Portable soup pot that has a family size serving. You can grab single servings or pack into a sack lunch for later. 

Custom Buffs both good and bad. Just make sure you don’t eat this when not sick or your sim will feel dazed. Consider this Grandma’s Warning.

Not a recipe, I tried to make it so but it was being difficult.  If anyone would like to help me to get this to work as a functioning recipe I’d be happy to collaborate.

How it works:

Buy ‘Grandma’s Comfort Soup Pot’ in the appliances section of the buy catalog, or just search for it.

Place it in your sims inventory (has to be a teen,adult or elder’s), hit ‘Open’, and there you go! You have the soup to use to cure your sims!

Added new small Mod “Improved Practical Spells” (Realm of Magic) While playing i missed some features for some spells i actually used ingame so far and added/adjusted them:

Added Scruberoo on Toddler

Scruberoo used on Potty will now get rid of the green steam

Added Repairio on broken Plumbing (Washing Machine)

Added a hidden Relationship to Familiars. Unfortunaley how Familiars are coded i could not add a “real” Relationship to them so you don’t see it and the Relationship counts for all Familiars together instead of one for each. The higher the Relationship the higher the chance you get Gifts. I added a “Talk with” Interaction to Familiars which gains Relationship and sometimes gives your Sim Perk Points. Being with your Familiar also gains Relationship and filles the Fun Motive every 30 Minutes. The Relationship has a small decay so you could lose Relationship when you don’t summon a Familiar for quite some time. Added Chinese by Dannywangjo.

A Functioning Medicine Cabinet with Storage for Medicine

Created for : The Sims 4 by callmemake

 Finally! The mod that no one but me has been asking for! A medicine cabinet where you can actually store your medicine. As is, the cabinet only lets you store your medicine for your sims. I am working on allowing other medicine (e.g. pet medicine and treats) to be stored as well, but that is currently not possible. This is a stand alone object, and only borrows the mesh of a base game item instead of overriding the matching mirror. All that was done to create the cabinet was to add fridge functionality to an existing mirror. So, basically, I just wanted a place to store medicine so it would not keep clogging my Sims inventory. The mod works perfectly for me, but if you encounter any issues, let me know and I will figure out the problem for you guys! This is my first mod… ever, so it is entirely possible that something needs fixing. This is just an edited version of an existing in game mirror. That being said, it can be found under Decorations > Mirrors and costs 250 simoleons. Enjoy! This item should not conflict with any other mods or cc, as it is a new object in game and does not override anything! I also have some ideas for storing photos and void critter cards in the future. If you guys are interested, drop me a message and I will work that out. I am obsessed with in game organization anyway!
