yes? in the white, euro-centric culture i've grown up in, it's extremely cis-normative and especially perisex-normative so it's unlikely bc typically we have a midwife who delivers a baby and sees a penis and says "it's a boy" or a vagina and says "it's a girl" and they are raised as such or the midwife sees anything else or inbetween or both and performs "corrective" surgeries so that the baby more accurately aligns with one or the other. but other cultures i'm less familiar with will have a broader idea of gender and parents of intersex children may opt against surgies. i'll admit that because i've been raised in this society and am perisex myself, i'm not super informed on this topic.

but there are plenty more possibilities beyond being intersex, i don't know how you could say definitively that being assigned female at birth and being affected by transmisogyny are mutually exclusive, i don't know everyone's experiences.
