Good for her
Does anyone have that madoka magica art where one of them is brushing the other girls teeth? I need it for my passport photo or some other convincing reason like that.

I feel like theres a tendency amongst TME trans folks to view and portray masculine features in TMA folks as a challenge to perceptions of gender but honestly to me it just feels like we're being used as a prop to further your own goals, and that it seems infinitely more radical to portray any transfem as openly enjoying femininity, because femininity is so rarely celebrated, instead portrayed as a cage or a costume.
Like. When us transfems get assaulted or murdered, it is not because we have stubble. We had stubble before coming out, it was never punished then. We get assaulted and murdered because we are embracing femininity.
So yeah. Stop drawing your transfem characters looking like a guy in a dress, you're literally just perpetuating transmisogyny and pretending its good because you use the right pronouns.
TERFs have no right to speak. Ever. On any topic.

Happy Pride Month and Chapter 5 Announcement Day!!!
I am so anxious and excited for what will happen,,, Toby Fox please don't ruin me emotionally forever
“There aren’t enough hours in a day.” There are actually. The problem is that we think 40 hour work weeks are an unavoidable fact of life.
The problem is that everyone has to work 8 hours, pretty much no exceptions, and with getting ready time + (unpaid) lunch + commute, “8 hours” is actually anywhere between 9 and 12, every single day, with more work to do when you get home because our society and culture was built around having one member of the household home full time and nothing has changed now that almost everyone works.
No wonder Americans are reliant on DoorDash and fast food, there’s no time or energy to cook. No one wonder mental and physical health are in shambles, many just spent all day sitting in fluorescent lights with little to no stimulation. “Just wake up earlier” “Just meal prep”… these are ok short-term, individual solutions, but the broader, systemic issue is obvious. We aren’t built for this. There’s no work-life balance. Genuinely, I think if our culture could normalize a shorter work week, many individuals’ biggest problems would simply evaporate.
Sorry drag kings aren't as popular. I guess masculinity doesn't work that well as a costume to be mocked
gotta hand it to wildbow in some respects when it comes to brian. like. we have here Tall Buff Black Guy in Black Leather with Darkness Powers and it would have been so so so easy to make him into Generic Heartthrob Bad Boy #43568
but no.
he's a fucking square. he has sepia stock photos of trees in his landlord white and beige apartment. business major with 12 dogeared self help books kind of guy.
been getting annoyed at people responding to the claim that trans women's breasts are fake that they are grown through hormones because i do not think we should accept the premise breast augmentation creates fake breasts, whether on cis women or trans women.
to start, everyone has breasts. the amount of fat and tissue varies but its all breasts. augmentation does just that. there being other things that werent there previously (not always silicon btw) doesnt suddenly make the breasts "fake." does a pacemaker make a heart fake?
there is no "natural" neutral unchanged state of the body. there is no way the body is "supposed" to be. there are no exceptions to this.
theres been a bit of an influx of people in the notes and replies thinking they agree with this while not getting it, so im going to offer some advice. look up "breast augmentation" and internalize that those breasts are still real.

Honestly, Tvyek is pretty miraculous. It’s permeable to water vapor but not to water, it’s nearly impossible to tear, but can be easily cut. It’s cheap and made entirely without binding chemicals. In addition to being used for wristbands, it’s used to wrap construction sites to keep out water during construction, for tear-resistant envelopes at Fed-Ex, coveralls for mechanics, and my wallet, actually.
Fun tip, though it looks like paper, Tyvek is plastic, and cannot be recycled with paper.
holy fuc
I didn’t even know it had a name
The 'hyperspecific situations' polls are really once again highlighting that native English speakers tend to forget that 'foreign' doesn't mean 'non-English' or 'non-American'
"Did you watch a foreign language movie in the past three days?" Yeah I watched the foreign movie "The Martian" with foreign actor Matt Damon
Op why would you hide this is the tags
You ever think about many peices of media have zero women and thats just perfectly normal but if a peice of media has an all female cast people get... like that? Women should be allowed to kill over this btw
same but it's black people
That's right
thinking all the time about a dnd campaign i played years and years ago. i wanted to play dnd for the first time but had no one to play with so i got on some reddit for people putting campaigns together and there was a DM who specifically wanted to do a campaign for exclusively first-time players bc they thought it would be exciting to introduce us all to the game. it was actually a super rigorous process to make the cut bc the DM wanted a group of adults with consistent availability who would commit to making the game a weekly priority (fair) so i filled out like an application and then met with the dm on-call to talk about potential characters and hash everything out. it ended up being an outrageously fun game and i learned as we went that most of the world, classes, etc. were homebrew and i was like the lore this DM has created is cuckoo bananas tbh like it's so deeply involved. anyway in the end the DM told us they're actually a best-selling published author and they'd always wanted to create a storyworld for an rpg. they wouldn't tell us their name and tbh they were right to tell us at the end bc if they'd told us at the beginning i'd have suspected they were full of it and lying to sound cool but after playing their game i do believe them. anyway afterward they didn't keep contact with any of us. they were like "here's a beautiful world and story thanks for coming now i'll disappear forever." who were you...............................
choosing to believe it was richard scary
me: we'll never know who they were...

Saw this on Twitter and I obligatory need to share it
So she actually said that she does not see the appeal in Senshi at all and that the panty shots weren't intended to be horny - she just has a neighbor who looks kind of like him and does laundry in his underwear. Which she finds kind of weird and offputting, and put into his character to be funny.
But that's the thing. She doesn't exaggerate or grotesqueify or alter people's bodies to fit some standard. (Except insofar as she draws different species differently, and those are exquisitely practiced to ensure they have the same diversity of appearances that humans do.) She just presents people exactly as they are, complexities and oddities and all.
It just so happens that when you present people exactly as they are, what you present will be beautiful and alluring to many. Even the things you yourself might find weird and offputting. Honestly I think it's a touching example of how you don't have to see the beauty in everyone for the beauty to be there, simple honesty is enough to let the wonder of people's humanity shine through.
#i think we should put this post next to the interview where she said she doesn't want to eat the food in the series cuz she's a picky eater#and file them both under 'you don't know an artist from their work'#and maybe you don't need to!#maybe all you need to know is that ryoko kui is Good At What She Does#idk I don't like the implication that artists (and women especially?) can only create from personal life and feelings#some people have imagination and craft#kind of a tangent but. there you go.
no but you're very correct
i used to be a sad boy that lost his passion for reading and now im a cute dyke with glasses reading books on the train and blushing when pretty girls smile at me from across the car
never kill yourself
good, that was the point.
i used to be so sad and so miserable and so scared. Now i get to be a pretty girl in public and other girls see me and smile and we compliment each other and it's normal and im happy.
im so fucking happy, even when life sucks, im fucking happy.
