But you can never be sure. How can he be so comfortable living with a vampire and another werewolf? Grandpa says even you wouldn’t raise him like that.

I know you’re not, sweetie, and for that I’m very happy.

The vampire thing surprises me the most, but, he’s happy. The werewolf makes sense, given that he’s dating that one. He’s comfortable and happy, and that’s all I could ever ask for. It doesn’t matter what they are, them or your brother, it’s who they are. And I know that contradicts with how I raised him and what I do, but that’s just how it is.
