I'm literally so obsessed with post-canon kerunji that I'm not satisfied with talking about it just once on one platform, so here I am lol. A bit of wall of text incoming along with spoilers for the end of EH.
Okay I acknowledge that the ending is bs and no one can convince me otherwise. But I also think that the idea of Rachel and Ramge in two separate universes appeals so much.
If we assume that canonically Ramge did follow Momoring back to the village and choose to stay there, it's very possible that he wasn't teleported to the B218 universe, hence what Rachel says. So it makes sense if he doesn't have a single idea of what transpired in Lenombe, with Rachel and everyone, and no one can tell him because the people who know were all teleported already. He doesn't know anything. Even about the first human friend he has, the one that has so much impact on his path in life, his best friend. It's not an easy fact but he will still have to accept it, and I like to think that Ramge will try his utmost best to find a way to learn about all that happened.
Next, to Rachel. When he was first teleported to B218, it's possible that he assumed Ramge had been too, except he's wrong. So like Ramge, he also will have to accept the fact that they're literally in two different universes and he doesn't know the other's situation. Rachel's case is a bit less hopeless than Ramge's though because there's Berwin, and Rachel will no doubt ask him about everything once he learns that Ramge isn't there. The problem here is we don't know the extent of Berwin's power. While it was proved that he's very powerful, being able to observe and travel between universes and such, does it cost a lot? Does it take him a lot of time and effort? My headcanon is yes, it does. So he can't easily go and fetch the remaining people in Exos, including Ramge, the most he can do is provide an observation. Or maybe it takes a lot to do that too, because I love angst a normal amount. While I'm at it, why not assume Berwin can't help with Rachel for quite a while, so that Rachel will have to live with those circumstances.
Now the true delulu part. Both Ramge and Rachel wholly believe that the other is alive. And so despite numerous challenges, a really long period of time, they keep trying and trying to gravitate towards each other with the belief that it will all pay off in the end. Maybe they will reunite and it's a happy ending. Or maybe they will pass away, never get to know anything more about the other. I like it either way ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Anyway that's that, if only I could write that into a story because it sure sounds great in my mind. This is what happens when I'm fixated on making sense of things that are not quite supposed to make sense such as the end of EH lol. But it's fun so I will keep doing that ^^
