✦ Please check the price in USD compared to whatever currency you have! My prices are listed with USD $.

✦ Do **NOT** steal, trace, edit, heavily reference, or claim my art as your own.

✦ Commissions are for **personal use** only - no merch, profit sales, NFTs, or AI dataset use.

✦ Strictly SFW only. Suggestive clothing is allowed, but explicit NSFW requests will be declined.

✦ I do **not** accept clients under 18 (PayPal policy).

✦ Be respectful - harassment, spam, or false claims will result in a permanent ban and possible public blacklist.

✦ If my prices change in the future (higher or lower, holiday sales, etc...) you cannot get a discount for art you've paid for in the past with the prices listed at the time.

PAYMENT & PROCESS

✦ Payment is **upfront** in full before I begin your commission.

✦ Set Price in USD - PayPal only. No art trades or haggling on prices.

✦ **PayPal invoice** only - you must provide a valid PayPal email.

✦ If using someone else’s PayPal, I require written consent from the account holder in advance.

✦ Payment must be completed within **48 hours** of receiving the invoice.

✦ Chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent claims will result in an immediate ban and public blacklist.

✦ All sales are final - no refunds.

WORKFLOW & DELIVERY

╚══════════════✦❘༻༺❘✦══════════════╝

✦ Turnaround time varies depending on my workload and commission complexity. But the typical time is 1-2 weeks. If it happens to go over I will communicate this with you. If I have not completed your art within one full month you will get a full refund (this is the only instance a full refund is offered).

✦ I will provide updates at key stages (sketch, line, color) if requested.

✦ 3 revisions are allowed during the **sketch stage**; larger changes after this stage approval may cost extra. These 3 revisions do not include if I give multiple sketches as pose ideas, but pose ideas are limited to 3 ideas before you either have to give me a direct pose or choose from one of the options provided. I will only provide options if you do not already have a specific pose in mind.

✦ I use IBISPaintX to pick backgrounds and I will also deliver a version with no background so you may add your own.

✦ You will receive:

- Unwatermarked high-resolution finished file (signature included)

- Delivered via email (best quality), but alternate delivery available if needed

✦ **Please save backups of your files** - I am not responsible for lost files after delivery.

USAGE RIGHTS

✦ Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only.

✦ You may:

- Post the artwork online (with visible credit to me).

- Use the artwork as icons, headers, or personal profile pictures.

- Print the artwork for personal use (not for resale).

✦ You may NOT:

- Use my artwork in commercial projects, merchandise, NFTs, or AI training.

- Remove my watermark/signature.

- Claim the art as your own.

✦ Be respectful - weird vibes, harassment, or boundary-pushing = instant ban and blacklist.

✦ I am a human making art, I am not here to be harassed, hit on, abused, or anything else of the sort.

✦ If my prices change in the future (higher or lower, holiday sales, etc...) you cannot get a discount for art you've paid for in the past with the prices listed at the time.

FILE DELIVERY

✦ Once full payment is received, I will transfer the adoptable within 24 hours.

✦ You will receive:

- Unwatermarked high-quality file

- Any accessories or alternate art included in listing

✦ Preferred delivery via email (best quality), but alternate methods available if requested.

✦ Please be patient - I may have work or personal obligations.

✦ I am not responsible for lost files after delivery; please save backups.

OWNERSHIP & USAGE

✦ After purchase, you may:

- Change the adopt’s outfit, gender, species, colors, etc.

- Commission new art of the adopt from other artists (credit me for the original design at least once when first posting).

✦ You must keep the **original design file** and transfer it to any future owner.

✦ If you redesign the character, clearly credit me as the **original designer** and note that the redesign is not by me.

✦ Do NOT fully trace my artwork to create a “new” character.

✦ My designs may never be used in AI training or NFT projects.

RESALE & TRADING

╚══════════════✦❘༻༺❘✦══════════════╝

✦ You may resell a purchased adopt **for the same price you paid**, unless adding extra commissioned art of equal value.

✦ Freebies, trades, or gifts from me may NOT be resold for money under any circumstances.

✦ Reselling for profit is strictly prohibited.

✦ All credits, TOS, and original design files must transfer to the new owner.

✦ Designs from a set/group adopt must be sold or traded together - do not separate bundled adopts.
