Well the mess up on the field a couple of weeks ago that made it so that I’m stuck on the sidelines and not able to play was pretty embarrassing. I wasn’t paying attention and it cost me. And it cost the team. So yeah, that sucked a lot. But I think the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to me is probably peeing my pants in class when I was younger. The teacher wouldn’t let me go to use the washroom and I really needed to go and eventually I just couldn’t hold it any longer. Kids made fun of me for that for a good long while until someone else did something more embarrassing. 

The true answer to this is that I’m not sure what my perfect claim looks like just yet. I could end up in a claim with one person or I could end up in a claim with two people. I could end up marrying someone or I may not marry anyone. I could end up with kids or I could not end up with kids. I could end up with another guy, I could end up with a woman, I could end up with someone that maybe doesn’t identify as either of those genders. There’s a lot of variables that are still kind of left in uncertainty and for now that’s something that I’m okay with. I’m here to figure all of this things out and that’s what I plan to do. The one thing I do guess I know, is that I want a claim to be built off of mutual respect and mutual trust.

I mean I guess I would have been considered a jock during high school. I played basketball and football so I was around that crew a lot of the time. They honestly weren’t all that bad and when they were, I tried not to get involved in whatever crap that they were doing. I was also part of the academic squad really. I did great in school, was a valedictorian. So I guess I sort of made my rounds when it came to high school and I’m happy that I did. I think it gave me more of a well-rounded experience.

My relationship with my mother is complicated. Mostly because of the way that my relationship with my mother is so strained. I love her. And I’m sure that in her own way she loves me too. But she’s loyal to my father and loyal to the beliefs that he holds, which means that there are plans that I have that she doesn’t necessarily agree with. Or that she won’t admit to being understanding about. It’s frustrating and a little sad. But it is what it is and there’s really nothing that I can do about it right now. I don’t plan on changing my career path and I don’t think my dad’s opinion will ever change. So I’m stuck with my relationship with my mother being a complicated one.

My relationship with my father is far from a good one. We’ve never been the closest, our relationship has always been fairly strained, but his events during parents week have really cemented that luck of trust and lack of respect between us. He’s never been one to show much affection, he was always very determined for me to get good grades and become a doctor. And while those things aren’t necessarily bad on their own, the pressure he put on me and the way that he made me feel when I told him about my dreams were far from what a good father should showcase. But I was never more disappointed in my father than what he tried to put into place. And now I have no idea what to even say to him.

I’m assuming that this question isn’t looking for me to say clean water, sleep, or food. Right? But those are obviously the correct answers. And if I had to choose one then I would choose water. Hopefully sleep would come to me somehow. If we are granting that those things are things that I have access to, then I’d say that I wouldn’t be able to survive without a knife. That knife would be essential when it came to food collection, creating shelter, making fire, etc.

I would say that, yes, I’ve been in love before. I had a girlfriend for the last two years of high school and the first two years of college. She was a bright, funny, eccentric person and she brought a lot of fun, laughter, and light into my life. That’s something that I will be forever grateful to her for. Those years wouldn’t have been the same without her. And she also helped me get through a lot of conversations with my dad, which again, super grateful. Time and distance really got in between us, but I know that it was for the best. Last I heard about her, she was at a different institute and had actually entered into a trial claim with someone. So I’m very happy for her.

I don’t know that huge age differences are something that I would want to pursue in my claim or in a future relationship of any sort. But that’s simply my opinion. For others, so long as they are both adults, I don’t see why age differences should really matter all that much. Especially in situations where perhaps they are looking for a claim to keep them from the auction house during that year of grace period. 

I was raised in the system. My father is a Dominant. And my mother is a submissive. They’re not married and that was something that my father made sure us kids knew. But more than that my father also bought a slave from an auction house. Now I’m grateful that she doesn’t have to experience the auction houses anymore, but the whole thing still makes me very uncomfortable. She’s a lovely person, actually probably the person that gave me the most affection growing up, but I know this is not the life that she wanted. But now she’s stuck and has no choice. I think it prepared me for institute life because I know the expectations the school has of me, and I know what society expects of me, and what could happen if I don’t subscribe.

My theory on what happened to the dinosaurs is the theory that is most widely held. Again, I’m not much for conspiracy theories and I wasn’t really there when it happened you know? So I would say that a long, long time ago...they all went extinct. And that sucks for them but it was pretty good for our evolution. And that’s really all that I have to say on that matter.

I don’t know how to make this a long answer. I don’t really believe in any conspiracy theories. But I do have fun watching and listening to some. It’s become even more fun getting to watch and listen to them with Quinn. I just don’t think any of them actually have any truth to them or anything.

The most jealous I’ve ever been. I think I was eleven years old. My mom and dad got tickets to go see a ballet. They had a third ticket and I begged to be the one that got to go with them. But by that point, my father was already trying to challenge the love that I had for dance. And so instead of taking me, they took one of my siblings who really couldn’t have cared less about the ballet. I just remember being in the worst mood for so long after that.

I don’t think that that’s true. I think that, maybe in some way, you can have a soft spot for them. But I don’t think that means that you never get over them. In my opinion, you break up with someone because there’s something that wasn’t right within the relationship. Sure, I think it’s possible that you could leave that relationship still having feelings. But I don’t think that’s a requirement when breaking up with your true love.

The earliest thing that I can remember, that’s an interesting question. I think the first thing that I can remember is a day that I spent with my Ah-gong. It was just him and I for the entire day. What I remember the most from that day was him teaching me how to play checkers. It can be such a simple game, but it’s also one that I still really enjoy to this day. And it was a great day just learning different things from him.
