Call Me Big Papa

It was the first kind thing someone did for me in this place so it’s one of my strongest memories of this place Sir.

I hear that. Sometimes I hate bein’ so far away from family. Oh please go a head and call. Oh gosh, i’m just happy we’ve kept her alive. That was pretty much my only goal with her. And that she doesn’t disown me when she’s 18.

That’s really impressive Sir and I am sure it is a job you do fabulously! I’m so glad everything worked out good for you Sir. You did me a good one when you gave me a chance all the way back during the first prom.

Virginia, huh? How y’all likin’ it? I believe it. It’s kinda an amazin’ process honestly.

Oh you got the girls to wear your collars and very pretty girls at that and you are gunna be a dad, that is super exciting! You will love it and I know you will make a fantastic father. Activism? 

I’ve only recently made partner so I suppose I do feel like I have a lot to prove. I don’t want them to regret giving it to me. Yes please Sir. I will be here.

That’s awesome, Ben. Hearin’ that heart beat is somethin’ else, ain’t it? For me, it was the ultrasound - that was the first ultrasound, man. It’s crazy how connected I suddenly was.

And you’ve more than earned my respect. From the very start you did that. I think I may have a correlating soft spot for you. I’m not sure if I will be at the dance tonight as I have an important conference call to I should be on but tomorrow night will be I perfect.

That’s certainly nice to hear. The work never stops does it? I promised my girls I would keep the work to a minimum for this trip, so I’ve only made myself accessible from 8am to 12 noon this week. Tomorrow night then, shall I pick you up from your hotel?

You have always been so very gracious with me. I am available at any time for you Sir. Honestly I have little need of this reunion other than having time with you. Cigars and Cognac sound beyond perfect.

Yeah she is a superstar and I love her so much. I’ve been mainly looking after the girls. Spend down time in LA and I can read and write now so I teach the girls when we are on tour.

Yeah Grace is a singer and she got her big break a few years ago so we’ve been touring ever since. I’m her personal assistant. Welcome Sir, it’s so good to see your face again.
