• fake married is canon • Jake and Amy thinking it would be awkward to be “married” but then realizing that being married is hardly any different to what their relationship was like before witness protection • That Jake and Amy frequently visit Holt, and Amy brings over homemade food that gradually becomes better and better • Jake being proud of Amy because of this • fake married is canon • Jake and Amy forcing Holt and Kevin to go out with them, and they always have to pull straws to see if they’ll go to the skating rink or go the opera. • Jake insisting on getting an alligator and Amy insisting that it will legit kill him if Figgis doesn’t • Amy sometimes wakes up and has panic attacks about them staying in Florida the rest of their lives and Jakes comforts and reassures her that it won’t happen • fake married is canoN • Jake immediately blending in with environment and wear crocs and oversized Hawaiian t shirts and throws his hands up in the air in frustration every time he sees Holt walk out his house with a nice dress shirt and slacks. Finally, he gets Holt to wear a short sleeved dress shirt with khaki shorts but that was only after an intense game of charades which Jake won. • Amy inviting all her neighbors for a dinner party and Jake cracks jokes about the food and Holt makes monotone comments but if any of the neighbors do it their fuckin dead • Kevin inviting Amy over for tea and Jake tags along and forces himself to drink it. Kevin notices this and brings pink lemonade along with the tea in acknowledgement for Jake’s effort. • FAKE MARRIED IS CANON • Jake Holt and Amy finding it hard not to arrest someone who was blatantly trying to break into a shop and call the police, but beforehand Amy “accidentally” tripped him and Jake “accidentally” had him pinned while Holt called the police. • The one time Jake forces everyone to laser tag and swears he saw Holt smile but Amy doesn’t believe him • Jake giving tips to Florida cops that take advantage of their power before he curses at them behind their backs • Holt walking Cheddar in sandals with socks • Jake walking Cheddar for him after he loses another bet but being perfectly fine with it • FAKE MARRIED IS GOD DAMN CANON!!!! • finally getting a call after months that they could move back and having the relief in knowing they could see their loved ones again • Holt and Kevin immediately sink back into their regular routine and Holt finds it weird when Amy and Jake cannot • Jake and Amy acting awkward and then finally realize that they miss being married • Jake and Amy finally moving in together as Jake and Amy :,) • they all still go out together even after they’re not in witness protection
