Okay, so the "announcement" of the Jeff the Killer movie isn't even a proper announcement. It's basically an Ideas Guy production company and a "horror" TikToker who says "fever dream" like a verbal tic soliciting the public for Jeff the Killer movie concepts and pitches.

It's basically the movie studio equivalent of a 55-65 year old spamming Facebook with "wouldn't it be nice if (INSERT BUSINESS HERE, OFTEN A TRADER JOE'S) opened up?!" in the neighborhood watch group for their dying suburban town.
