Sun hadn’t done his usual check-up for a while now, and he’d wait a little more really if he hadn’t run in with the good doctor in town, finding it really hard to resist the idea of being alone with the other. He made sure to put his charm on, wait for the late hours to go see him, so he’d have plenty of time and opportunity to see a little more of Brock.

Now he had his shirt open, letting the doctor feel his heartbeat. Wondering what he could do to get more of the man’s hands on him. “No offense, doc,” He started, smiling at the bigger man, “but you’re quite… buff for a doctor, aren’t you?”

Brock was always a sucker for flattery, especially from his patients. “I like to think that most doctors should be buff like me... gotta set an example for everybody, right?” he chuckles, stealing a cheeky glance of his patient’s sexy body as his shirt remained hung open. “Not that you seem to be in bad shape or anything... I’d go as far as saying you’re one of the most fit people I’ve seen here in a long while, and that’s saying something...”

Medical gowns were often a trope for that very reason. The back was often exposed and Carter would play on that. He moves to the examination table and does a combination of a stretch and a gentle arch, exaggerating the curvature of his back before sliding onto the padded platform. Perhaps he hadn’t needed to do too much to tell the doctor he was paying attention but he was obviously attentive- even if it weren’t exactly all medical advisement.

“Yeah. Insurance says in order to continue with my policy, I have to get examined because I fly so much and exposure to recycled air isn’t good.” He tugs the gown down, knowing that the doc would have him shift enough to have it fall off. Maybe he’d work with that as well. “I do have a serious matter though. I have been having a stiff neck for two days. Nothing helps. I am thinking it’s tension. But would you mind giving that a check, as well?”

Carter acknowledged the Doctor’s subtle hints. Between his eagerness to have the nurses and adjunct staff excused to do the lessor patient care, the younger male was quite aware of the shifts in tone, the gentle nudges, the playful banter. All of which only made him a little more comfortable during the office visits. By instruction of insurance, he was mandated for his annual physical. The nurse slipped out of the room, instructing him that Brock would enter shortly. He made sure there was a second pause and the shuffling outside the door was minimized. Of course, a gown made it less suspicious but everything was stripped- including socks. He made a lazy attempt to tie it so that any movement outside of arrangement would peel the thin material back. He places everything aside. 

Thankfully, a certain financial standing meant certain privileges. He could arrange the staff any way he saw fit and the nurse on hand wasn’t going to speak about what transpired. Carter wasn’t stupid. He’d confess his thoughts in secrecy. There was something about the soft whispers in private that drew some adrenal response. Just as the door opens, he makes sure to close the back of the gown slowly. Ink vanishing behind the cloth and surely the unmistakable sight of ass. 

“Hey, Doc.” 

Sure, Brock wasn’t technically responsible for administering routine physicals, but that megawatt smile and unshakeable charisma of his managed to convince his subordinates that he was okay to give that extra, “special” touch only he could administer to patients. Brock stopped by the GM looking for Tristan and/or Callan to drop off his monthly check of financial support, but they were nowhere to bee found, so he figured his next best bet would be to go directly to the source: their home. “Excuse me, this is a closed rehearsal,” he called from the stage, scolding the figure who’d appeared at the entrance to the house of the GM Theatre. “I’ve reserved the space for evenings following all Sunday matinees for the foreseeable future. If you have an issue with that, check with the manager in the box office.” Chaz exhaled with a dramatic sigh as he stretched his arms above his head. “You see, the best performers, similar to Olympians, never stop training. So unless you’re lurking to strike up the courage to ask for an autograph, I suggest you make a swift exit and stop interrupting me.”

“Relax, Shakespeare, I’m ain’t here to kill your little vibe,” Brock calls out from the door. He stopped by to deliver his monthly dues as a ‘patron of the arts’ (an excuse to hang around those handsome Calhoun-Wests) and consistently did so for as long as the GM stood. “I’m looking for the bosses. Know where they are? I got a big fat check to give them for the month, so unless you wanna start performing monologues for petty change on the streets to keep the lights on around here, I suggest you be a little nicer to me... how’s that sound?”

After seeking Tristan (or Callan, for that matter) all day, Brock finally got in touch with his acquaintance and arranged for the other man to meet him at the Coleman-Pierce residence to hand off his support check for the month. He was a patron of the arts and felt it vital to support the drama scene in town... the fact that Brock wanted to mess around with Tristan (with or without their husbands) was just bonus incentive to keep him happy. What else was he gonna do with his loaded bank account?

“Tristan! My man! It feels like I’ve been looking all over town for you,” says Brock, his megawatt smile beaming into Tristan’s handsome face. “Stopped by the GM, then I even went to your house... you’re an elusive one, y’know that? Not that it’s a bad thing. I got a little something for you here,” he says, holding up the envelope containing the check.
