They did investigate. I heard this brand is hard, but I was able to get a refund. I think the main thing that helped me was that the delivery driver did end up dropping it off at a weird location in my complex. But I knew exactly where It was at, so I was able to pick it up.

Claim DNA, even though they had a good photo in front of my front door. I had to reach out on live chat and then they sent me a form I had to write. Then two hours later they ended up giving me a refund.
