POW! WOW! TAIWAN! 2017 Finished Murals & Recap Video.
The fourth annual POW! WOW! Taiwan event recently finished up leaving behind spectacular visceral treats for passerby’s in Taipei City’s Xinyi and Ximen Districts and you can now view a wonderful short documentary on the event below.
2017′s event included artists (From POW! WOW! Taiwan’s press release): “Spanish paint-master Dulk left his mark at Taipei’s premier hip hop club; Chess Taipei. Artist MURO, also from Spain, adds vibrancy to the hustle and bustle of Keelung Road with engaging street art. Taiwanese artist ASERK created a colorful splash for VAST CALI at the Creative Container Market (the container has since been moved to Taichung). Last but not least, local artist, heavy-hitter Girenhao seduced everyone’s favorite dining establishment, Woolloomooloo Out West (aka WOW), with a dreamy re-imagination.”
In addition to murals on the streets of Taipei, POW! WOW! Taiwan collaborated with the world renowned hotel: W Taipei. Enveloping the ground floor and the 10th floor with raw creation at the hands of artists Kristopher Ho, LalaEatsLala, Satr, Bounce, Disk, Blues Tunnel, and Ano.
