Week three of the Sean “Diddy” Combs trial featured emotional testimony from former assistant Capricorn Clark, who described a toxic and dangerous work environment.

Clark said she worked grueling hours that led to health issues and claimed Combs once threatened to kill her after learning she had worked for Suge Knight. She also recounted a disturbing incident involving Scott Mescudi, also known as Kid Cudi, saying Combs showed up at his house with a gun after learning he had dated Cassie Ventura—and later, a Molotov cocktail was thrown at Mescudi’s car.

She described witnessing Combs physically and verbally abuse Cassie in front of others, prompting her to call Cassie’s mother for help.

Clark was fired in 2012, settled for wrongful termination, and later worked for Cassie until 2018.

The defense pointed to a 2024 meeting where Clark discussed returning to work for Combs and presented 2021 texts where she expressed a past crush on him. When asked why she thought Cassie wasn’t good for Combs, Clark said, “They were toxic as a couple.”
