@divisioninwarsaw pointed out how Billie Eilish has Mars in the 1st like Megan Fox & if you know anything about Billie that’s 100% true. She’s very masculine, direct & honest & hates sugarcoating anything. With that being said, her mars is in the 1st Decan of Pisces. I’ve been stressing the importance of decans because it paints a whole new perspective on how we see traditional placements AND how a sign has 3 different components that go along with it. Her recorder time is obviously rounded, like @divisioninwarsaw pointed out, but what didn’t sit right with me was her midheaven being in the Leo Decan. If her midheaven was in the Leo, she’d be more feline in her appearance & the #1 indicator for that is the HAIR. Every Leo Decan (on the angular house cusps) for the most part has thick lion hair, I know not everyone has thick hair but it’s something very distinct with it. I personally can tell by someone’s Instagram page if they have a specific Decan or not. There’s nothing fixed about Billie’s Instagram 😂 she’s hella versatile & a trendsetter. ** With that being said, Billie definitely has a 1st Decan Pisces Rising with Mars conjunct her Asc from the 1st. It makes sense tbh & here’s why (I’m gonna post the placements that change in her chart:

Mars in the 1st: Masculine, Straightforward & curses a lot lmao (I also think it has to do with her midheaven being in the Aries Decan so mars is a big part of her personality {1st & 10th}). She doesn’t beat around the bush & @divisioninwarsaw feels that mars in the 1st in Pisces is why she’s majorly into NOT being objectified. Mars is stunned & hates being in Pisces so that’s another expression of how she dresses, she doesn’t wanna be seen as just another sex object & she’s very vocal & assertive about it as well. Could also explain why her songs are very sexual from having this placement to some degree.

Venus in the 10th: she’s very likable, charming & people love her so much. She’s doing so great with her career, it’s skyrocketing along with her midheaven being in the Jupiter ruled sign, Sagittarius. She has a theme to her Instagram while still being all over the place. The major indicator of this placement is how she dresses, she’s KNOWN for her baggy clothes & still manages to be a fashion icon by making a statement whether it’s in oversized clothes or name brand. She’s very intimidating & her Instagram looks like Pluto & Aphrodite in the flesh since they’re conjunct one another (another indicator of wanting to hide her body with how she dresses). She def changed the game in music & will forever hold a spot in music that no one can touch tbh. She’s a threat without any effort & this adds to her being so groundbreaking & just not giving a fuck about anyone’s opinion.

NEPTUNE (CHART RULER) IN THE 12TH HOUSE: I CANNOT stress how overlooked & important this is. She does not have her chart ruler in the 11th, if she did, she would be much more into fame aspect of her career than she actually is. She’d be fixed ok going to parties & being apart of cliques & allat. Before the site got shut down by the owner, on Astrology Arena the owner had talked about how the 12th house is the real house of fame or a major house of fame. I strongly agree with that because the 11th house is the collective conscious while the 12th is the step BEYOND that, the collective The 12th house, like Neptune & Pisces, surpasses the worldly concern of reality & gets into the spiritual aspect of life. Billie holds far too much wisdom for her to have her chart ruler in any other house. I have my chart ruler, which is my moon ironically, in the 12th house & I can tell/feel/see the vibe is very similar between us. She’s been tapping into her 12th house & releasing it through her music & healing not only herself but SOOOO MAANNYY PEOPLE TOO. Her music is so unorthodox & hard to come up with & that’s the 12th house in general then add Neptune being in its ruling house too. Pisces/Neptune/12th House is similar to Life Path 9 even tho Virgo is associated with that Life Path number. Almost every 1st house ruler in the 12th I know is popular or has a good degree of fame to them. Billie surpassed SOOOOO many celebrities fame at such a young age, her energy went into the cosmos & made her one of the TOP household names in the industry.

Jupiter in the 5th house & it’s retrograde **very important** ~ this is easier to explain because when she expresses herself she’s very passionate & goes all out even if it causes her injury (she’s had a lot of them lmaooo). 4th house ruler in the 10th: Like Marilyn Monroe (before y’all come for me she DOES HAVE IT), Billie has her 4th house ruler in the 10th & @divisioninwarsaw pointed out how that’s the opposite of what a home life is supposed to be, which makes more sense as to why she grew up poor (I also think it’s cause of her dark moon lilith in the 2nd house in Taurus cause lilith in the 2nd makes the native struggle with money early in life then blesses them, it promises a lot of money & Billie got damn sure has a lot of money lol). And it being in the 10th house, she’s very vocal about it & not ashamed. Megan Thee Stallion has the same placement as well, those with their 4th house ruler in the 10th, even vice versa, are very genuine & honest people. The kind of people that are “what you see is what you get”.

Sabrina Claudio is a Leo Rising in the 1st Decan with an Aries Midheaven in the Sag Decan (like Ryan Garcia / Instagram.com/KingRyanG) AND Billie is a Pisces Rising in the 1st Decan with a Sagittarius in the Aries Decan. A lot of beginning & advanced astrologers overlook the importance of decans when in reality they serve a far bigger purpose than most people credit them for. Her foundation (4th house) is very daring & solid/unchanging (cardinal/fixed) & her dealings with others (7th house) is very initiative & widespread (cardinal/mutable) because mutable gives their energy out to every direction without a sense of direction.

** Another Example: Megan Fox ~ her Asc is Cardinal in the Fixed Decan so her basic/natural sense of self is Ambitious yet Stable (she’s very sure of herself in a good way) but her public appearance & personality is Unchanging yet Changeable (very contradicting combo but they know who they are & don’t lose themselves in the midst of versatility like the cardinal/mutable & double mutable would).

💥 Cardinal Signs/Decans are very impulsive with what they post, for the most part they take some creative ass pictures but it can come off very direct & in your face. Some very provocative poses/captions & out of the 3 modalities, they’d be 2nd when it comes to caring about a theme because cardinal is so sudden & can happen at any moment that they’ll throw off their entire page with one post. They look like they have a mean mug to them (intimidating) & their posts usually get better overtime yet still keep their followers guessing on the edge of their seats for what’s to come next.

🗿 Fixed Signs/Decans are the kinds of people that don’t like changing up their poses or have a very hard time trying out new hairstyles unless they have a changeable sign/planet in the angular houses. They’re the kinds of people that look the most serious (most intimidating) & don’t smile as much as the other two decans unless something else in their chart says otherwise. Their pages flow in a very unison manner cause their poses are pretty much the same.

I really hate having to argue with people about Marilyn Monroe’s real Ascendant so I’ll use the tools of astrology to explain it. Marilyn has a recorded Leo Asc in the Sag Decan, Lauren Jauregui does too. Megan Fox has her moon in leo in the sag Decan & it conjuncts Lauren’s Asc & Marilyn’s recorded Ascendant. How is it that Lauren & Megan look more similar to one another than Marilyn being in the mix? Lauren has the more masculine outer expression of Leo, Megan has the more feminine inner expression & undertone of Leo but why not Marilyn? If she were a Leo rising in the Sag Decan, she’d be MUCH more masculine than she is cause Lauren has her chart ruler in Cancer (the most feminine sign) & she still has that masculinity to her. Marilyn would be much more masculine & have a stronger presence with the Leo Asc with a Gemini sun. Marilyn is not as fixed & set in her ways as Lauren, she’s very daring & ambitious which is the definition of the cardinal signs & she’s highly mutable. People seem to forget that Cancer & Libra can be just as fierce, they just take the softer way of expression. Marilyn looks more like Jayne Mansfield who, just like her, is a Cancer Rising with a Moon in Aquarius. The main difference is the Asc Decan & the midheaven signs. Jayne is more softer & ethereal cause she has the 1st Decan cancer rising with a Pisces midheaven. Marilyn has a cancer rising in the 3rd Decan & has an Aries midheaven in the LEO DECAN. That’s the Leo energy everyone is picking up on. Look at any Aries midheaven in the Leo Decan (10° to 19° of Aries) and you’ll see the Leo energy they carry. Lauren has a more sturdier energy to her overall appearance. There’s more than enough proof as to why she just isn’t a Leo rising & DEFINITELY IS a Cancer Rising. @divisioninwarsaw actually was the one that pointed this out to me, but people who have the sign & Decan sign as the same signs on the Asc look VERY similar. For example, we have Angelina Jolie (Cancer Rising in the Pisces Decan) & Madison Beer (Pisces Rising in the Cancer Decan). What adds to them looking very similar is that their Mc decans are in Leo (so it gives them cat like features, one just has an Aries Mc, the other has a Sag Mc). But they look verrryyyyy similar it’s wild lol. This goes along with me saying how the Decan ruler is the secondary ruler of the Asc. For Angelina she has the moon as her primary & then Neptune as the secondary, Madison has Neptune as primary, the Moon as Secondary.
