I honestly think I shouldn't have an opinion on endos, bc honestly like I don't believe in the whole "having a trauma disorder with no trauma" bc that's not how it works, but then there are non-trauma-disorder systems (???) and like I'm not a phycology degree so I'm not fit to determine if that's true or not, plus it's a complicated disorder so there's no trust in googling shit.

i cannot be the only one who just doesn't tell my friends about my alters, there is 9 of us but my friends are only aware of 2(host and socialiser) and one of them isn't even aware that I am genuinely a system. the only one aware of my alters is my s/o. I know my alters want to be known, called by their name, and not have to mask, but I can't find it in myself to do it, I can't even figure out how 😔
