For the last 3 months I've been lost & stuck in a fog of such intense physical pain that I've only just managed to maintain my roles and relationships: as a mum, "wife", friend & business owner. I've actually had micro moments in time where I didn't want to be here because the pain was too intense. It has been a crazy, undesired journey that surgery has made worse, before it's made it better! I am now 10 days post the procedure & am finally out of the intense pain. This mild version, I can handle with ease. And soon, like all things, it will pass!! As I step out of the fog I wish to reconnect with my friends, my family & get back on track with goal reaching in my biz.
