Do you use those foam roller things? I don’t know if they’re good for backs, i think maybe it said lower back but anyway I got one to use on my legs and it hurts so bad so I don’t want to keep doing it even though they say it will not hurt as much the more you do it pls advise

I love my foam roller and it does get easier you just might have to use ur upper body a lot at first to hold yourself up to put less weight on it if that makes sense

My grandma has bladder cancer and she had surgery earlier this year but she got checked again and it has come back and now she’ll have surgery again and then chemo. I am very scared. She’s the person in my family I’m closest to, and I dunno.. I’ve never had to seriously deal with death before (of someone else) and it scares the shit out of me and even if bladder cancer isn’t as bad as lots of others and even if she recovers she is in her 70s and very frail and I dunno… It forces me to think about what will happen in the end anyway but I don’t want to deal with it and I try to just not think about it and I don’t know what the point of this is other than I’m just really emotional right now
