Affirm what you have been learning and how you intend to evolve from the lessons. Think of all the nights before this one. How far you have come. The feelings that do not cripple you anymore. The weight you have let go of. Hold your chest. Feel your heart. Listen to the words that come from there. You already know what you need to do now - you do, you do. Resonate with yourself. Understand. Breathe. Look up. See the arena of constellations dimmed by the neon streetlights and wonder. Surrender to this peace. Let the clouds pass in their perfect time and then make your way back to bed, knowing that the beauty of the world will always be there, and tomorrow you will be okay.”
