Let’s do something fun together as a fandom. I’ve been talking about this one for two years and it’s a new year’s resolution for me in 2018. We’re going to watch the 2007 Emma Roberts movie of Nancy Drew together. Here’s how it works:

Everyone procures their own copy of the movie. It’s on Netflix right now, you can rent it on Amazon video, find the DVD at your local library or video store, or maybe you already have the movie in your collection.

Next, everyone signs up on Discord chat. @karenplaysnancydrew created a clue crew space on the website already. Just follow her link from this post on her page and sign up on Discord. It’s free; all you need is an email account to verify your username.

Finally, on Saturday, July 14 2018 (time of day TBD) everyone logs onto Discord, hits PLAY on their copy of the movie roughly within the same few seconds, and we proceed to live chat about the movie and Nancy Drew things. YAY!!

RSVP’s are appreciated so we know if we need to wait 5-10 minutes for starting the movie as everyone arrives in the chat, but of course you can drop in at any time. We can update the movie timestamps to keep everyone around the same spot for viewing the film.
