September 26th is National Voter Registration Day.

For many states, it’s the last day you can register to vote on the upcoming November local ballots.

Voting local is voting for issues that impact you directly—quality of roads and public transportation, education for the next generation of voters, parks, public safety, minimum wage laws, local healthcare access, and so very much more.

Don’t let this deadline slip by. Millions of Americans were unregistered for last year’s presidential election. Millions of voices went unheard. We can’t let that happen again.

Missed it last year? Register. Changed your name or moved in the past year? Update your registration. Completely prepared and feeling good? Great. Now tell a friend to register.

Hello! It’s the start of the new (academic) year and I have just reached 10,000 followers!! Honestly, I screamed. I have only been a studyblr for a just over half a year so this is such a surprise, thank you all so much!! I really love being a part of this community and to celebrate I’m going to do a giveaway – it’s my first time doing one, so sorry if I make any mistakes! Here’s what I’m giving away:

It’s a hand-made bujo/planner for this school year! I know that creating a planner can be too time consuming for many of you because you are so busy and productive – I hope that this can be a way for you to have something hand-made but ready to use. how does it work? members have access to the network blog (public) as well as a server of group chats on the discord app (private) and are free to post/converse in either

what are the benefits? - a place to promote and get feedback on your writing - a place to promote your original studyblr posts - a place to talk about life, school, or literally anything else with people who share at least one of your interests: writing - new friends/mutuals - a spot on the members page of the network blog, which will soon become studyblrwriters.com if the network is a success - the chance to become an admin of the blog in the future

do i qualify? - if you run a studyblr and you write (this includes but is not limited to writing novels, short stories, poems, speeches, essays, songs, blog posts, and articles) you can apply - while this is especially perfect for english, journalism, communications, and creative writing majors, this is open to anyone
