The list is based on the report of The Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association (CTIA). The country has approximately 30 facilities-based wireless service providers. Here are the top four companies that offer 5G service in the USA. In addition, there are 50+ virtual operators that use networks of the above companies to extend the service to more areas in the country.

Headquartered in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, Verizon Wireless is the second most popular telecom service provider in the USA. Sprint and T-Mobile merged on April 1, 2020. The Sprint brand name was officially retired.
