Hello, welcome to my blog again, happy reading! Let me tell you a brief experience from my Japan trip (last year) hehe :). It is a continuity post after Osaka and Kyoto. I spent only 3 days in Tokyo staying on Airbnb. It is kind of apartment, minimalist with a good scenery balcony. What a beautiful view, really! I will post a photo or maybe I will make a vlog for this (is it a good one or no??). We have our own bed for 4 people and I have a resume for the cost in the end of the post, so make sure that you read full of this post :).ย The most important thing is KITCHEN!!! because we pressed our budget for the meal and cooked for breakfast or dinner.
OK~ let me begin with the TRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIP~~~~~~~
The most noticeable one that I do love this city is 100 yen shop (typically like Daiso, Miniso, etc, highlight this one!) and affordable shoes compared with Indonesia or Taiwan hehe (Adidas, Vans, NB, etc).
I booked a bus ticket from Kyoto to Tokyo, I departed around 11 pm and arrived in the morning or around 5 am. I slept along on my way because it is like a long trip bus with a comfortable seat like a baby stroller. (Willer Bus)
DAY 1, we can check in into the apartment just after 3pm, so after we checked in (take a bath, lunch, and prepare โฆ). We decided to go to Immigration Office for accompanying my friend making a new visa to come back to Taiwan because Miw (one of my friend) lost her wallet including the ARC (identity card for Foreigners who live in Taiwan like a resident card). Around here, we found 100 yen shop. We do love to visit these kinds of shop!!!! Even it is cheapest to buy the gifts but you can find many useful (sometimes useless things too) and weird things. We found the boxes of cooked rice with very cheap (We prefered to buy cooked rice instead of cooking rice, it takes time to be served). There is not only 100 yen shop, maybe it is around 100-200 yen price but in my opinion it still worth to buy. (So sorry I am keen on these kinds of shops haha so I always mention several time for these lol, pardon).
DAY 2, Here is continued with going to DISNEYLAND!!!! Finally, my dream comes true for seeing a fairyland in Tokyo. Everything is so cute and I am really excited for this. I can spot all details too cute to be missed for taking photos haha and exactly the souvenirs. Actually, in my opinion, it is most suitable for children or parents with children but I am still OK with this. Some people said Universal Studio is more interesting than Disneyland but, I DO LOVE THESE TWO PLACES because each place has its own uniqueness. You have to make these two place on your list if you have a plan to go there. We spent a whole day until the last open hour to look for souvenirs (I cannot even decide which one that I will buy because all are too cute). We bought some snack like churros, pretzel, Mickey ice cream/stick, many things. Prepare for your fastest internet connectionย to see all of my photos here!!! I pictured a looooooooooooooooooooot~~~
My suggestion: Buy merchandise/souvenirs here because the price is so so and you will be satisfied with what you have bought and you would regret if you do not buy what do you want here. (trust me :))
DAY 3, I have a late night flight to Korea today so we plan to just see around Akihabara (I think if you are gamers, you will obviously know this place haha) for buying something that we still need. I bought couples attire in Uniqlo (because here is very affordable compared to Taiwan or Indonesia) and also Tokyo Banana (I like it soooooo much). I saw Tokyo tower and Tokyo sky tree several times when I was on the train.
